This honestly feels like they're just trying to shoehorn "AI" into windows for the sake of capitalizing on the hype. They haven't announced any novel features that make the OS a better OS. It's all on the periphery, where there are apps that do this anyway. I do like them doubling down on ARM support, but that's the only thing of substance here. And the advertising angle... I am NOT a fan. With WSL, it would be nice to see native support for things like Docker images. That would be HUGE. Paint needs an overhaul, I'll give them that much. But I was hoping for an honest Photoshop competitor, and it's not even close to that. If they bring in DALL-E 2 Support, like they have on Bing, and let it run locally, like a self-hosted Mid journey, That could take paint to a respectable level. Or just AI image enhancement. Upscaling, scratch removal, etc. The Co-Pilot just seems like a beefed up version of Cortana. It is awesome in Office and VS code, but it would be of limited functionality in the OS itself. Enhancing it in Outlook (and Teams) would be their homerun swing on Co-Pilot. I'd also love to see Regex support in Notepad, and a decent native media player (akin to VLC or MediaPlayer Classic/Black). AI could be leveraged here to upscale poor quality video, stabilize shaky frames with in-painting, dynamic volume leveling, correcting exposure issues, etc. Granted, that would be GPU intensive, and many systems couldn't handle it, so I can see them passing on that for now. But others will do it, and then they're left in the dust. The place they could really use some AI enhancement is in the TTS voices. Newer versions aren't bad, but they aren't emotive. Their tone isn't influenced by context. That is possible now. Time to shit or get off the pot on that one. What would be nice is a uniform streaming platform aggregator. Add you Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+, Max, Peacock, YT-TV, etc into a single app, and have access to all videos in one place with decent searchability. They could do the same for music, ebooks, comic books, games, etc. Create a content portal. They tried this with Xbox, and it sucked, but they could do it if they actually dedicated some resources to it. And they REALLY need to add the Wolfram plugin for ChatGPT into their Bing implementation. The Bing Chat AI is OK, but I still subscribe to ChatGPT Pro because the quality of answers there are orders of magnitude better, in large part because of Wolfram support. Bing Chat is already obsolete. It was cutting edge two months ago, now, it's trash compared to various other options, including the same GPT-4 it was based on. It already needs a massive update and overhaul.
AI/ML - what I'm most interested in... I'd love to see more work on having Machine Learning take EXISTING CODE (such as a video game) then OPTIMIZE it better for modern x86 CPU's and break apart the larger thread codes that tend to bottleneck into SMALLER THREADS (and ya, it's possible to multi-thread single-threaded code. I am going to migrate all my systems to linux and prolly will have a version of win7 locked up in some sandbox for impossible software that wont otherwise run.
I intend to fully enjoy all of the new AI technology before it tries to become our new AI overlords, destroy us, or both. AI is like finding out you are terminally ill with stage 4 cancer. When any transparent surface (glass or plastic) becomes a screen, that's when windows will be the most intelligent OS ever. Mirrors, tables, walls, ceilings, and any surface you touch in your home, in your car, in your place of work, anywhere, that's when the underlying OS becomes the most intelligent of all and not before.
@@airevolutionx Wow great..there was that "Troubleshooter" that for years was supposed to solve issues on the PC of Windows but it never ever manages to solve anything (for me it didn't solve any issue ever not even once) so it's completely useless so this new AI driven Windows is hopefully gonna be able to finally actually fix stuff.
Very misleading information here. Everyone with Windows 11 will NOT get the CoPilot AI Assistant. When it becomes available to the public (which it's not yet) it can ONLY be accessed if you PAY for Microsoft 365. You should have mentioned THAT in your video.

I am a keen user of Bing, however one day with the assistance of Bing I kept drilling down with my enquiries. Suddenly Bing replied, I will stop our conversation here. By way of excuse it said, "I am still learning". What many people won't realize that no matter how much artificial intelligence can help, it is also programmed to limit certain info. Just remember that.
Is it smarter then 10? God i just wish 10 could understand its installed on a laptop and not currently conecting to deliver cable so maybe don't try to update everytime i turn it on look at the steam deck it just works Remember win xp and win 7 & 8 that worked so well that no one wanted to upgrade?
Remember? I'm still using 8.1. However I've recently bought a Win 11 mini computer and will be checking out its privacy issues before swtching anything major to it. As for AI - great in theory but a playground for scammers. As others have said, I want to control my computer, not have it manipulate me.
Trust microsoft to once again have a great opportunity and just ignore it. Instead of introducing something brand new that will eventually fail, they should have just upgraded the guts of Cortana and put her back into play. Pretty much every gamer who fell in love with Halo would drool to have Cortana riding shotgun. I think fixing the limitations of Cortana with what they are putting in Copilot would have been a much smarter move.
Only thing I don't like about this is bing being apart of it, it's far worse than google tracking and monitoring everything you do and search. I wiped bing from my pc the second I got it that's how untrustworthy it is
sounds like a great backdoor, a very effective tool to get through all your data. No more need to centralize the data, it just asks the AI and gives CIA, Microsoft and whoever else access to whatever they want from your computer. A great improvement, for sure
It would be useful if the built in AI could allow you to create new wallpaper on the fly or themes and if it could store your previous history so that it learns about your preferences.Windows need Everything search built in too.Yes the privacy side of it sucks though, maybe Linux with AI is the answer.
PS - You can since Windows 10 or even earlier, encrypt your sensitive files, if you are worried about being hacked. Even back to MS-DOS, you can ZIP your sensitive files with a password. So sit on that for awhile, sucka.
I use windows all the time. I use AI every day. I am very happy to hear about the integration. I want more. I want to be able to develop templates, create consistent illustrations with text, Be able to import PDFs into word, and easily modify them in a way that others can find easily in the code but not visually on the screen And my biggest want is to be able to dictate everything easily. This means the microphone so sensitive to words are accurate in the punctuation is easy and accurate. I have been using Microsoft Products and Word for many years and look forward to an ever improving experience and output.
You don't understand or know what you are praying for... ... Hahahahahahaha... ... The gods seeing the AI or mortals trying to play gods before the gods when they are not the gods... ... How'd things get wrong? Hahahahahahahahahaha... ...
Appreciated your presentation with artificial intelligence tools with voice and the presentation skills with artificial intelligence it is a excellent video which you have presented Wish you all the best for next year's revolution thoughts and machine learning tools Jai Jai AI Future
HA, "AI MS Paint", hilarious! I supported Windows for Workgroups WAY back in the day when we had to bind sound and network drivers to network cards, complete with pin jumpers and had to dial in where to load settings in the config.sys, damn Windows has come a LONG WAY! The recommendations section around the Microsoft Store sure sounds like an Uber Echo Chamber and will entrench people into their way of thinking and drive people further down their own rabbit holes. Hopefully people don't sink into single focused thinking/preferences, they may never break out and once there, MS has them...FOR LIFE! This all seems very helpful and cool but I don't think our Humanity can properly cope with the technology being developed, bad things, this way come!
Thanks this is most hilarous video ever.😂😂 So m$AI is set of features that has been elsewhere decades? Dark mode and some new features to paint! Jipikaijee
Err... No. The Big news is you have a copilot, where you can ask Windows for using things like dark mode in natural language. Dark mode is just an example. It is not about what is available, but how. You Will be able to explore Windows configuration and settings, and many other things just through a text (and voice with a simple plug in) command that actually understands you (unlike Alexa or Siri). "When the wise man points at the moon, the fool looks at the finger."
U forgot to tell that it will decide if windiws 11 AI will allow u ti install an app that microsoft doesnt want and the fact that it will look what u are doing and spy on your private pc without your consent.
How about giving more control back to the users who own the computer? Offline installation anyone? Not phoning home all the time?
Id sign that petition right now!~

Wonderful 👍 I bet Microsoft will sooner let out their brand new AI android with windows build in its head than on laptops
We living in next step of global revolution. Programs making programs .
lol but for me i am not interrested in 90% of this updates , more bloatwares
Trust microsoft to once again have a great opportunity and just ignore it. Instead of introducing something brand new that will eventually fail, they should have just upgraded the guts of Cortana and put her back into play. Pretty much every gamer who fell in love with Halo would drool to have Cortana riding shotgun. I think fixing the limitations of Cortana with what they are putting in Copilot would have been a much smarter move.
Nice ... But what if it becomes something like "Windows Vista 2.0" ... LOL 🤪
This is great ...I will be installing Linux.
excited for new update 🥰
Only thing I don't like about this is bing being apart of it, it's far worse than google tracking and monitoring everything you do and search. I wiped bing from my pc the second I got it that's how untrustworthy it is
I want them to add a avatar face when voice assistance comes in give it face I need this
Sounds like a glorified spyware to me. 😒
I hope the image generation
Pretty cool finally a OS that does what we always envisioned a few years back! Time to upgrade laptops
Let me guess you are a guru in Mixrosoft marketing dept. 🤑
In a way i think its to much too late. I'll wait till Windows 12. Cool vid.
everything i need to know except for when it is released
sounds like a great backdoor, a very effective tool to get through all your data.
If you don't like it, you can just run a version of Linux....or apple, or even DOS.
PS - You can since Windows 10 or even earlier, encrypt your sensitive files, if you are worried about being hacked. Even back to MS-DOS, you can ZIP your sensitive files with a password. So sit on that for awhile, sucka.
The direction M$ is going with its OS makes my skin crawl.
I thought you were making windows 12
Speaking of AI that's whose voice is talking, btw sorry if it's a real voice.
AI is quantum computing!! AI hasn’t really started until then😂
I use windows all the time.
Hahahahahahahahahaha... ...
I don't run or open "apps" on my PC... I run programs .
I want windows phone with AI based os with excellent battery life and huge inbuilt memory.
Appreciated your presentation with artificial intelligence tools with voice and the presentation skills with artificial intelligence it is a excellent video which you have presented
Wish you all the best for next year's revolution thoughts and machine learning tools
Jai Jai AI Future
Glad it was helpful!
Wicked ARM....
The day Microsoft stops running my windows with their updates then I can trust Copilot !
Bet big brother use Win 11 to watch you
U forgot to tell that it will decide if windiws 11 AI will allow u ti install an app that microsoft doesnt want and the fact that it will look what u are doing and spy on your private pc without your consent.
And this is why i'm grateful linux exists.
why politicians not creating a law to control these businesses
