Thankyou, Your views about Einstein is very catchy, Keep it up. Very clearly explained. Let me try it. I am unable to fix the problem while doing baseline correction.
First do baseline correction then do peak fitting. You will automatically get area in case of peak fitting. But in case you already have a defined peak then you can use this video to find the area ua-cam.com/video/FS3JxZmZnYY/v-deo.html
Hi! is it normal to lose counts after the processing? My original data shows peaks up to 4500 counts and after the substraction, the counts for the same peaks decrease to 600 counts!
@@AllLabExperiments Thanks for your reply, the issue is that I´m a new Origin user, so I´m not familiar with it. Do you know where can I find more info on this problem?
@@franciscauzieda6227 i dont think that specific solution could be available at any portal. Bt jss move around the options given on the main menu when you do this. May be you get to solve it. If there ia no change in plot when you look at it. In that case you can perform interpolation to increase no of data points if that is mandatory to show.
Sorry but i have not seen such an error. Maybe something, some step or some data point could be wrong. As i have not seen such an error. I am not able to anticipate the reason behind.
I can't select the smoothing method. It's written "Adjacent-Averaging smoothing is used" and I don't have the option to select the Savitzky-Golay option.
@@juraijk1582 When you do peak fitting which is a separate video. You get their areas and height. For some characterizations people use the ratio of their height while some guys take the ratio of area (only if both of the bands are same kind of gaussian or other curves). Hope it is fine... Check my how to deconvolute video for getting these parameters.

Thanks Dear for your comment! Where and which views about Einstein you are mentioning?
Sir, nice video very simple and effective thanks.
Congrats! Very Usefull video.
Thanks @Pedro Oliveira
Thanks, simple and very effective
Congratulations! great video!
Do you have any video to determine the G and D peaks of DLC (Diamond-like carbon) Thanks.
Thank you very much, very well explained.
Good job 👍👍thanks a lot
Very Nice!!!
Thanks a lot for this video
thanks from Pakistan
i want to find area under the D and G bands of Raman spectra...do you have video link for it sir..can you please share

Please upload more useful video. It will be very helpful for the research students.
Thanks Priyanka
Hello, can I do this method on my DTA measurements as well?
Yes you can
Why do you want to do on DTA measurements
Thank a lot

Generally this doesnt happen. May be some option is controlling that check for that...

Which version of origin do you have
@@AllLabExperiments 9.7.0.185 (Academic)
Aaa. Strange... Look around if you find it. In my opinion it should be there but don,t know about the latest version.
