Also if you havent, check out the avatar sets. Its definitely a scrawny license theme, but in my eyes they've aged really well, and merge with the jp sets and the treehouse into a great fantasy forest. Im most jealous of your old republic sith figher and ucs hoth. I only started afol around 2018 :) EDIT: Also.. i've never seen your wild west table before. Really exciting. Just play a bit of red dead redemption and go build!

I think keep your Avengers tower dude. You have put so much effort into building it yourself and takeing it to shows etc. I think that gives it more meaning and sentiment than just a regular official one that everyone will have.
