These people are real employees at a DWP office in Sweden and the film is shoot on location in an authentic DWP office.
They have prepared a suprise for you.
This film was part of the agency campaign for the swedish DWP office. The campaign was called "the last suprise" meaning that the public of Sweden would get a last suprise from the DWP office, and this one would be something nice that the employees had prepared for you.
