this video helped me out. ever since it was posted a day ago, i began my myth. for 3 years ive been a myth, but im retiring now. if it wasn't for this video, i wouldn't be the man i was today.
My ways of teaching are so good that not even time itself can comprehend.

I've always been so interested in Roblox myths for some reason I would explore every interesting myth I could find and be concentrated on that one myth for weeks or months until I'm happy with how much I know about that myth, I've got hundreds of papers and notes about various Roblox myths. How big of a dream it is to become a myth myself.
Im gonna add some tips to these tips and tricks rq so yeah :
1. Don't try and make your avatar blank with only random colors, its honestly very basic and wont look like much of a myth character, instead, if you don't have any robux then try and find some free roblox items as well as some code items but try not to use some that are pretty basic
2. Don't use display name for simple changes, if your changing your display name for a simple change like for example : If my user was hihihi_hi666 and all I did was hihihihi666 for the display name, it wouldn't really make any sense for it to be there
3. Try not to make your lore so, basic, the example here was that this dude was being bullied at school and went into the woods to relax with the animals and then fall from a hole into a cave and some dude would give him something but it needs this and so they do that, it seems quite rushed and basic, try not to go for something like rushed and basic, try and think a LOT and I mean A LOT about your lore for your myth
4. BE ORIGINAL! Its ok to be inspired like for example : ocean terror, ocean terror has a secret ( or well not very secret but you understand what I mean ) base inside a wall to go inside, maybe you could grab that idea but instead have it in the floor or something but don't go do the same layout as them or something as its not very original
5. Bio could have anything in it but what I really recommend is putting codes in your bio, it makes it interesting and gives the myth hunters something to hunt for right off of the bat, for example, you could use morse code, Caesar Cipher code, Transposition code, Pigpen Cipher code, ETC. Going with just a basic bio doesn't really make stuff, interesting for the myth hunters BUT what I will say is that if you put a code and a basic type of bio in then THAT would also be interesting, for example : I love flowers Ciltbop crkkv Ciltbop zoxwv Ciltbop.
6. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT! In the toolbox theres filters now but theres only one for some odd reason and what it filters, it filters unverified creators that some models from those unverified creators could have viruses in them, now if you do use free models please have this off, it'll really help.
7. I saw this in the example but DO NOT and I mean DO NOT add any characters or yourself into this pointing down or saying something, its seriously really ruins the mood and just feels like one of those games with the dude saying to go this way or something in an weird obby game
8. Def go and get some attention from people in groups and such, it'll help your myth and game get traction and will help your myth become a thing, I really don't recommend using ads at all but if getting people from groups isn't working and thats your last resort then go ahead and use ads, also people like this guy who are offering to do videos or stuff on people myths, def do try and get there attention too

Ty I needed help with the lore
I think I can create a good story, plot and outfit.
The challenging part is the actually game development. Its usually very hard to learn how to script etc. Scripting requires insane patience and dedication, a thing I don't have. Not to take anything away, but its just surely not easy to do.
As a person with little to no patience, I would recommend to try and learn very small things. Some examples are: Flickering light sources, reactive models and smaller things such as that. When learning such things you usually get a simple understanding of how scripting works in general which will make it much easier to learn more complicated things. I'm not sure if you actually want advice but I hope this can help you.
There are always people that you can pay to do these things for you. Though, I wouldn't recommend paying for a game like this, since there is very little payoff unless you make more games at the end of the myth. My biggest suggestion, though, is to just youtube it. There's tutorials for everything these days. Or there's always the choice of using ai. If that doesn't work out, people on r/robloxgamedev are very helpful with scripting. They can also give you great feedback with building.
One good thing about scripting in roblox though, is that it uses the Lua language, which is one of the most simple scripting languages

well. I got something planned for myself
I started off making a roblox account called IThinkYouWontSurvive then going to change the display name to SurvivalExpertDanny, so it can catch a bit of attention. I got a lore and i wanna see everyones opinions
There once lived a boy named Danny Speckman who had a field trip in 5th grade.
Danny went camping one day and brought his Gameboy, hoping to have lots of fun.
A couple hours later, a lumberjack came up to him. He asked if Danny could do a favor
"Will you please help me out real quick? I need you to use this knife and write a H on this tree."
Danny Speckman agreed to the deal, and he did exactly what he was asked.
While asleep, Danny noticed something off. His eyes weren't closed, his mouth was open and he had this random feeling.
3 hours later, the H appeared in his head. A voice started talking to him. "Go to the basement and open the attic." Danny got up and ran to the attic. Then he saw a ELL on the wall. Then his voice shut, his eyes shut and he turned into full darkness. 30 yrs later, someone discovers the black figure. Then Danny turned into a human again. Then the person was the lumberjack, who became a survival expert. Danny was interested and got taught.
Then we all lived happily ever after...

i think instead of turning it into a ''happily ever after,'' the cycle continues. like he becomes the lumberjack and then he is forced to do this to another kid, or else he will suffer in hell. which is why the word thats written down is ''hell''

But how do the stories get by? Do you post it somewhere or? like how do people spread the word about your story, I know im a year late but still
Usually myths will hide their meanings in their games or have some sort of puzzle to help the hunter find it. Sometimes they mentions things to hunters through dialogue. Myths don't usually post their story or give their whole story unless they are interviewed. Great question!

eh, my user is NORVOXEN, and my display name is idle, I’ll be changing it when I can. (I’ve had my account for almost a year, and I have only recently changed my user to norvoxen, (is that ok or do I need a different account?)
so I represented a few things in my avatar. I put a clown hat, a flower where the mouth would be, I used a hammer like thing for a back accessory, and I have different body colors, like a dark gray for the torso, yellow for one of the arms, light pink for the head and light gray for a leg.

Really good tip: If you can't build then you ain't going to be a good myth unless you improve.
Depending on the myth, say a myth taking place in 2009 roblox (like mine), owner is a child (oc, not me lol) so the build restrictions and age would be a fit style.
