5th To 1st in 3 Laps! Indy 800 TAG Heavy

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to race with my brother Sam at his local track, Indy 800 in NSW.
We raced in the TAG Heavy class on Maxxis Sport hard compound tyre.
I only had 1 practice session the day before, making it a good challenge to get use the tyre compound and track layout.
It proved to be great racing and a fun night.

Pole position
Heat 1: DNS (didn’t do my nuts up)
Heat 2: P1
Heat 3: P5-P1
Final: P1, slicks in the wet (lapped 2 karts)
