Good Day ATTORNEY sana yong topic naman about lupa na kinuha lahat sa isang anak ng may ari pero magkapatid po sila na may ari ng lupa na pinag hihirapan po nila ang lahat na lupain . parang ganyan ang tema ba .
Kung mga co-owners ang magkakapatid at pinagkakait ang parte ng sino man sa magkakapatid ay maaring mag file ng complaint ang pinagkaitan ng mana sa korte for Partition and reconveyance with damages upang maibalik sa kapwa co-owner ang pinagkait na parte niya sa co-ownership.

Good day Attorney ipinabili sa ama ko noong buhay pa, ipinabili ng tiyahin na byuda na noong taon 19' s pa . Ngayon gustong habulin ngayon ng mga anak ni tiya dahil wala daw karapatan ang nanay nila na ipagbili kay papa. Meron kaming deed of sale permado ng tiya ko pero bumabayad kami ng buwis monthly .
Ngayon ayaw ibigay ng anak mga anak ang ibang papers dahil walang ang ina nila

Greeting po Atty! ito po ang katanungan ko, ang landlod ng aking lolo sa lupang sinasaka ay pinagkaloob ang 6,000 square meters sa aking lolo sa pamamagitan ng DEED OF DONATION noong May 2001 noong nabubuhay pa si lolo. Pero noong 2019 ay nakakuha ako ng certified true copy ng titulo sa city assessor office na ang parcel ng lupa ay naka pangalan pa sa landlord o landowner. Noong May 10, 2023 ay sumulat po kami sa landowner kung kinikilala pa niya ang DEED OF DONATION na notaryado at pirmado ng may ari at ni lolo. May 19,2023 ay sumagot po ang ang may ari sa aming sulat at sinasabi niya na kinikilala niya ang Deed of Donation. Ano po ang dapat naming gawain para mapalipat ang titulo sa tenant?
