I attended the rally and want to say to Bret, thank you so much for all the love and effort you put into this event. It was/is so important for us to gather again and to know we're not alone. It was so deeply therapeutic and so needed for the soul, to meet and talk to other like-minded human beings. I am so grateful and feel much more whole, renewed, and energized. We love you.

Heather and Bret thank you for creating such a beautiful space this weekend for so many people who are in need of Truth, and a vision of the future for their lives and the lives of their children and grandchildren. The American people have been abandoned, maligned, brainwashed, ripped off, and abused. We are now the slave class, but many don't get it yet. Thanks for your courage sounding the alarm

Amazing event! I traveled from Boston with my son. I felt like the luckiest parent in the world to have him there to hear so many great speeches. The line-up was SO GOOD from both my point of view and his. Great crowd. Fantastic program. My son cried when Kennedy spoke: feeling like Kennedy is fighting for him meant a lot to him. The flow of the program was excellent. Loved being in a crowd that was laughing together. Loved the idea that Goliath has scaled up, but so, too, has David. Loved Taibbi, Walter Kirn, and Heather. Fantastic idea to have a "rap battle" between Brand and Peterson. I watched that a second time. The line-up truly could not have been better. My son was particularly pleased that Brett agreed to a photo with him. Thank you! It made his day. We could not have been happier. Glad to hear there were a million people listening live. Thank you for all the work it took to put on such an ambitious event in such the perfect place for it. The gathering overwhelmingly gave me a feeling of hope.

I was thinking about that but i respectfully disagree ( somewhat). If the stated 500.000 people HAD shown up it wouldve been hard to ignore it for people outside the group already involved and on board. This changes nothing. Nothing to gain only a backup for the insiders. I am disappointed. The nr of people who showed up was mindboggling low. THAT is what outsiders will take away fr it. The room might not be the room but it is still in a place foreigners wont visit and that was the aim. To gain momentum.

Many of of the people I’m connected to, family and close friends, are not awake. I pray for them and I love them . However I realize that I’m now an outsider that they are finding hard to understand. There is so much liberals, conservatives, and libertarians have in common right now. We really must unite to save the Republic, or WE WILL LOSE IT. We also have to hold Trump accountable to actually do what he said he is going to do (drain the swamp, reduce regulation, and secure the borders, etc). He cannot do what he did last time, and coast, he's got to hit the ground running, and he has to take advantage of all the people on his team, Vance, Musk, RFK jr, Ramaswamy, Gabbard, Paul, and many others who understand the danger we're in if we don't move fast. We have to drain the rot, it will be painful, there will be many who complain, and the intuitions will be against us.

I heard at least 30,000 or more at peak. The hurrican hit several states and like stopped thousands more from going. The political prisoners Democrats still hold unjustly in jail from January 6th no doubt discourage others. It is a mark of how bad things are when fear of the goverment keeps people from showing up at our Capital. This event may help reclaim our Capital back for the people of the USA.

James Lindsay has an excellent short essay on his channel (in what is called "Bullets") called, "Nullification". Definitely worth the 15 or so minutes to listen to. While most of media just ignored, the "journalist" seems to have gone for a headline in order to dismiss, and therefore nullify the event's legitimacy or importance. It's stuff of scoundrels.

What I noticed before, during, and after, and what really shouldn't even be surprising at this point, was the TOTAL SILENCE about it in our so-called 'media'. If this doesn't fully illustrate what lack of free press looks like, and if the significance of that escapes people, we're toast. This was a brilliant gathering. I appreciated the minds and voices that contributed to unity. Those who don't live in harmony within themselves will destroy the very environments they will never feel part of. There are those who use their thoughts and deeds for good purposes and those who find fault in everything. I have a friend who strongly feels that J.D. Vance, following last night's debate, is a programmed, cold, calculating machine. The undisciplined mind will never learn how to use their own minds.

If all of us like minded individuals could organize and make our own cities to live together, we'd be the biggest threat imaginable to the establishment. That is the challenge that we should put ahead of us. The true first step to overcoming this paradigm would be to make that happen.

It was amazing that Bret managed to get together that wonderful bunch of speakers for the rally. Too bad that the downregulation of most of the speakers on the internet resulted in a low turnout. Gosh was I hoping from here in the Netherlands that your capital would be overrun by people that have woken up. But allas, Bret was great, the speakers were great, the American population just dissapoints me massively. And what nasty comments here.. what the hell.

The real resistance isn't going to 'protest' at a hell-hole like Washington DC. It isn't going to have comedians and lame musicians entertaining a crowd in a field. It's not a bunch of leftists who would still be leftists were it not for how leftism is being exposed by the deranged radicals. Don't give up on America just yet. Right now we're merely exhausting the conventional options so that people can finally wake up to realize that the conventional options won't work. Especially from leftism-lite. The real resistance are the people that the matrix/mainstream media has been so desperately vilifying as 'fascists' and 'nazis' and 'bigots' etc., because they don't want the normies of society to have any trust or respect for them. The people at this rally are little more than sheltered dilettantes with feminized cognition, ultimately.

It’s sad really, that a couple of sheltered intellectuals, stumbled onto a Truth that they just couldn’t deny, so they lost their high status and comfortable lives. But it led them to more & more truths until they saw it. Then you can’t unsee it.
What’s funny, is a lot of far less educated people, have known what’s been happening for quite awhile.
What’s frightening, is if these same people were super wealthy, they would have known about it their whole lives, and would be part of ones doing it, but for the good of mankind of course.
I see the world as goats and sheep. A goat can get red pilled, but they’re still not a sheep. Their intellectual egos and lack of humility just won’t allow it, as evidenced by their TDS.
I pray that guy is wrong about JD Vance.
It would be like having Nikki Halley for VP. No one is trying to assassinate either of them. But they’re SO smart, why can’t they see that?

I really don't understand the left's reaction to the unity movement. I heard people talk about the importance of free speech. I heard people talking about not blindly following government authority. I heard people talk about protecting our constitutional rights, about working towards global peace instead of forever wars and bloodshed, about freeing ourselves from big food, big pharma, and the military industrial complex. These all use to be liberal values, what gives?

    • @phoenixgirl9467
      @phoenixgirl9467 2 дні тому

What gives is that the left has become the party of big money, big control, big pharma, big war, and Marxist communism!! They have shifted so far left, that they have become unrecognizable!!! I refer you to a crude drawing made by Elon that concisely depicts exactly what I'm talking about!!

I can guarantee you almost no average Americans knew what Rescue the Republic was, or that anything was even happening that day. Don't get me wrong, I completely agree with and support the message, and admire many of the people who attended (including yourselves), but I think it incredibly naive to imagine it had much of a real impact on the minds of most Americans.

SOOO DELIGHTED all went so well in DC. A brave undertaking for you two personally, and for all who presented and participated. Speaks volumes that two credentialed, politically centred scientists feel it necessary to even organise such an event. The vacuum and division created by the (imho) deliberate departure from balanced centerist politics is visible and palpable. So well done to all of for taking such great steps to recreate unity and sime degree of normality 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Though I agree the event was suppressed in the media, I believe the reason for the lack of turn out is mainly due to apathy, even among supporters, and the feeling that, "great, there's this event happening in DC. What difference does it make if I show up? Everything's going to stay the same anyway."
And I fear that will be the case.

When my sister called and asked me what I was doing, I mentioned that I was watching the rescue the republic and forgot that she was very blue as I used to be until they changed, and her whole attitude changed! So she hung up quickly. And now she’s not talking to me! I forgot I wasn’t supposed to talk about politics! I am open and curious about what is happening!

If they can't see the importance of unity over being "right (left)" then they're not your people, even if they share DNA. Hopefully your example of staying curious and growing your understanding of things will shine for them to find the light too.

As an Australian, I knew it was happening. I've noticed stuff like that happens a lot. A significant event will happen in the US (I'm thinking of a certain sad death that occurred in the street of a city in the year of your last election. You now have statues in the street to that criminal, drug addict and pregnant woman assaulter. Australia had a lot of footage that was clearly not available to you, even in the year and at the time that it occured.

I listen to here & there with a bipartisan/violet pill mind. Over time I feel change needs come from outside the 2 bifurcated parties. None of us have 'the' solution for our world. However as I listen to many diverse voices what rings out amongst us all is ' the people need to take back our power'. My ? Is what power & who's power?
