I really love this type of improvised cooking because the taste always intact.Taste is more important than the modern day gadgets. We always grumble that we could have done better if I had that, but taste comes from the ingredients and certainly not in the utensils we use. I certainly agree the gadgets save time and simplify the cooking.Taste comes only from the ingredients and how you incorporate it.Well done young lady, keep it up.

Unlike us in cities, the people in villages are very industrious, so they do not have over-weight problem. Besides that more oil and ghee is good for people who do physical work, that helps them to lubricate joints.
