Okay when you wash the first time did you wash the hair with the purple shampoo....And the second did you wash it with the hot water and toner or just poured it over the hair..Sorry so many questions but I really love this and don’t want to mess it up
Sasha Jenkins No prob love! First time I rinsed with shampoo and blow dried. Second time I let it sit in hot water and purple shampoo til the water got cold

I tried this same process with the blonde brilliance on raw hair it it sheds like crazy and tangles a little. What did i do wrong ? I did everything your doing but did it it process for hours while doing other things , did i overprocess ?
Aubrey Charles hey! I left mine on for a while too. You can expect some shedding from bleached hair but it shouldn’t be anything crazy. It may just be the quality of the hair you used. For the tangling, rinse with vinegar to make sure there’s no bleach residue and condition overnight

After you took the foil off the first time did you wash the hair then blow dry it and apply the next coat of bleach? Or did you just take the foil off and it was automatically dry?
