This is an edited-for-television version of Roscoe Wyatt's original 1922 film of the same name, written and narrated by Donald Brice, produced by KPIX (San Francisco, California). Clyde Arbuckle is credited as an adviser; R. E. Pusey, Jr., Director. The original 1922 film was created as a public relations film for the San Jose Chamber of Commerce. All copyright resides with KPIX; this version made available for educational purposes. Transferred from VHS in 2015. Sound quality is scratchy in places.
