After the worship night I was so excited to meet you and tell you what a huge impact your ministry and specifically the albulm " on my side" had on my life In 2016. That albulm I would play non stop in 2016 during my time with the Lord and would just be balling my eyes out as God was doing inner healing in me. I grew up In church but truly committed my life to Christ in 2016 at the age of 23 after turning my back on God and doing my own thing falling into sexual sin etc. As I was approaching you after the worship niclght I was soooo overwhelmed and was trying to compose myself and not burst out crying. All I ended up saying to you was ; "I love you and thank you " . Your testimony about George reminded me so much about my own father who also taught me everything I know about God's love and worship. I love singing and I love music...my dad used to lead worship , he is 68 and he is now sick with kidney disease but I am trusting God for his healing. It is very tough to see him in pain and suffering, but you encouraged me when talking about George and how he would still worship and declare God as healer in the midst of his illness. I also love Healing oil. many times I wonder if I'm meant to be serving God with my voice but fear of man and not being a good vocalist stops me. Thank you for being so honest and vulnerable. Hey Kim, love your message today :-) I had testicular cancer at the end of 2022, going to hospital, being told I had cancer and I needed to be admitted that night, and have surgery the next day, followed by a strong dose of chemotherapy, honestly I was quite frightened. The song you sing "Not Afraid" was my anthem for that season, I went to hospital, I wasn't overwhelmed, I had the surgery, I didn't feel the pain, I did the chemo, and I didn't even get sick, after all that, I was cancer-free, I was also freed from my fears, too. I walked through the waters and wasn't overcome, I went through the rivers and was not drowned, I was in the fire and did not feel the flame, I stood before the giant, cancer, declaring victory. My God made a way, and I was not afraid :-)

Paul in 1 Corinthians 14 really is saying have tact or discernment when speaking in tongues. Meaning if there isn't an interpreter for the tongues then speaking in tongues doesn't help the church group. Paul is saying do so privately if there isn't an interpreter for the unknown language to you which the interpreter will help the church group understand what is being said in tongues. In a similar way. Peter's dream giving permission to eat once forbidden foods can only be understood with Paul. Who explains that one should refrain from eating forbidden foods if that eating will negatively affect a weaker brother or sister. Meaning a brother or sister who has not had the dream aka revelation from Lord Jesus saying it's ok to eat. Anyways. Father Jesus is not a trinity. Sounds like you understand speaking in tongues but if you don't know what phrase was spoken over you during water baptism. Then take your next step of faith. Acts 19 v1 thru v7 shows believers who were already water baptized getting rebaptized in water but in the title-name-title of Lord Jesus Christ. That because they did not know what was the Holy Spirit. So. Full submersion. Man of God who says exactly: I baptize you in the name of Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. Father Jesus will give you a separate spiritual baptism the sign of which is speaking in tongues. Means Matthew 28 v19 [Father, Son, Spirit] can only be understood with Acts 2 v38 [Jesus Christ] and Acts 19 v5 [Lord Jesus] Means Father, Son, Spirit is Lord Jesus Christ. John 1 v49, 8 v58. Your worship is powerful Kim! You may not have awards, but God uses You powerfully. I love it when you do your little “ha ha” when You’re worshipping! It’s authentic. I think we can all get in to the comparison game, but there is freedom and joy in being in our “lot” in life😊. And God uses it for good❤️
You’re blessed by God ! Your music ministry has changed my life . While it will never happen.. I’ve often wished I could tell you how God saved me from a self destructive life that stemmed from an abusive childhood . My brother did not make it but God preserved me for years thru so much sin then one day called He called me and I did a 180 and followed Jesus I’m now on a praise team deciding to use my voice gift to lift high the beauty of Lord and proclaim his gospel message While I never was able to record my hearts worship as you do .. I believe I’m right where God wants me . I am still in awe that I am alive Your words today are especially spot on about the church is not perfect and people can often be very unkind to others they call brothers and sisters. So much that I walked away for a year and was in anguish But Jesus being the good shepherd.. came and found his lost sheep . I will see the Lord long before you as I’m much older but I look forward to singing with you at the throne of our beautiful God. May I encourage you with something Kim? I attended bethel Church from 2008 until 2010 and it was such a blessed time. There are times when I was walking in to church and I would not feel very spiritual... maybe I had a hard work week and wasn't necessary thinking of God or feeling his presence and I would wonder to myself how long it would take for all of that to fall off of me. One day you were leading worship and it took about 10 seconds before I was on the ground weeping in the presence of God. You have lots of significance in the Lord's eyes. Thank you very much. It’s incredible how songs become our anthems, and give words to the deep cries of our heart. So many lyrics have become my cry to God: “You’re presence is my portion, my inheritance, don’t let my heart forget” “Fear could never conquer me, ‘cause you already have” “I run to the throne room, before You, I’m overcome” “I overcome by the power of the blood, I belong to You, Your Kingdom come” It stirs something within that is impossible not to respond to. The identity that it creates is so powerful 🙏

Kim, I just want to tell you that song oh how he loves us has had tremendous effect on my life and my mom‘s life. She has a paranoid schizophrenic and has passed away but she live with me for three years and then she had to go to a nursing home And I remember one time in the car we were driving and I always listen to Christian music and that song came on and she just fell in love with it and just was saying how beautiful is this song always reminds me of her and when she was passing away, it was the last song that she listened to before she finally let go and passed from this earth to heaven and so I know that she’s in heaven I’d only heard the song done by Crowder. I never knew that you sang the song and recently I was really really missing her and talking to God about it and your post came on that you were on talking to someone about the song and about how it changed your life so I went to listen to your version of when you said that that song dramatically changed your life and it dramatically changed mine. I just want you to know that what you do is very powerful and you help so many people I just think you’re amazing woman of God so grateful I have your music to listen to. I just wanted to share that with you listening to this podcast just made me think you should know this :).
Church is not just any people and any people is not the Church. Church is the Ekklesia - called out peculiar people a body of Christ and if we do not eat his flesh and drink his blood we do not have his life in us.
even by the system trying to voided the fact that we are his children that people know that it emphy they get tired so they respect the lord precence because they already know what is out side god.
I think you identified a key piece that is missing in ministry today in a lot of places. The willingness to personally minister to people. Just getting back to that simple personal connection that we feel when we feel what someone else is going through and seek to respond genuinely. That. :)

I received such breakthrough when you spoke about George and how he passed away even though everyone prayed it was his time, God gave me that word in season when I lost my sister in 2022. You are so annointed and such a true worshipper thank you for being so obedient.

God told me to listen to Kim Walker-Smith. At that time I had never heard of you. In 2017 I was going through a difficult period. I struggled with disappointment, fear, shame. And I saw on Facebook recorded on the phone song "Fresh Outpouring" from the "On My Side" tour. As I listened, I suddenly began to sob, shake, and then something came out of me. And I was filled with peace, joy, lightness. It became easy for me to come to God. I am so thankful for your ministry!

I was blessed to see you in Nashville May 4th a little more than a year ago and after the incredible worship night was over I was leaving and there you were standing by your merchandise table so I walk over to get a picture with you and have you sign your book Brave Surrender and talk to you about what I was going through that night. (I lost my only daughter the early morning May 5th 2020). I wanted so badly to share this testimony with you and I am absolutely sure God put me in the position to do just that but my flesh got in the way and I don't know why but I clammed up and couldn't speak and even forgot to have you sign your book. I remember a season in my life working at a consulting company as a technical manager responsible for the technical solutions the designers were modelling at our projects. While driving on the way home from the work, I was singing along with you the Rooftops so many times. In great, great humbleness. And thankfulness. On what the Lord God had done in my life and where He placed me. The music God has poured out through you has been the athem through our last two homebirths...(we have 5) so moving and a cemented memory. Helped my wife worship with the Lord and focus on the strength Yahweh gave her to deliver free from pain. And while she was able to do well with the previous births this was next level for her and her Focus. Your worship is powerful Kim! You may not have awards, but God uses You powerfully. I love it when you do your little “ha ha” when You’re worshipping! It’s authentic. I think we can all get in to the comparison game, but there is freedom and joy in being in our “lot” in life😊. And God uses it for good❤️

May I encourage you with something Kim? I attended bethel Church from 2008 until 2010 and it was such a blessed time. There are times when I was walking in to church and I would not feel very spiritual... maybe I had a hard work week and wasn't necessary thinking of God or feeling his presence and I would wonder to myself how long it would take for all of that to fall off of me. One day you were leading worship and it took about 10 seconds before I was on the ground weeping in the presence of God. You have lots of significance in the Lord's eyes. Thank you very much. Kim, I just want to tell you that song oh how he loves us has had tremendous effect on my life and my mom‘s life. She has a paranoid schizophrenic and has passed away but she live with me for three years and then she had to go to a nursing home And I remember one time in the car we were driving and I always listen to Christian music and that song came on and she just fell in love with it and just was saying how beautiful is this song always reminds me of her and when she was passing away, it was the last
song that she listened to before
she finally let go and passed from this earth to heaven and so I know that she’s in heaven I’d only heard the song done by Crowder. I never knew that you sang the song and recently I was really really missing her and talking to God about it and your post came on that you were on talking to someone about the song and about how it changed your life so I went to listen to your version of when you said that that song dramatically changed your life and it dramatically changed mine. I just want you to know that what you do is very powerful and you help so many people I just think you’re amazing woman of God so grateful I have your music to listen to.

Church is not just any people and any people is not the Church. Church is the Ekklesia - called out peculiar people a body of Christ and if we do not eat his flesh and drink his blood we do not have his life in us.

I received such breakthrough when you spoke about George and how he passed away even though everyone prayed it was his time, God gave me that word in season when I lost my sister in 2022. God told me to listen to Kim Walker-Smith. At that time I had never heard of you. In 2017 I was going through a difficult period. I struggled with disappointment, fear, shame. And I saw on Facebook recorded on the phone song "Fresh Outpouring" from the "On My Side" tour. As I listened, I suddenly began to sob, shake, and then something came out of me. And I was filled with peace, joy, lightness. It became easy for me to come to God. I am so thankful for your ministry!
