Wow, this guy is impossibly boneheaded. He’s speaking so authoritatively, even when it’s clear that he hasn’t remotely explored this topic outside of his own mind. For him to speak with such surety, he necessarily must believe that he’s solved the issue of morality inside the vacuum of his own perception. He has to believe on some level that he understands this question better than all of humanity does, even after millennia of debate on it. Tens of billions of people living and contributing to the topic across hundreds of generations, plus all the philosophers who’ve explicitly pondered the question and dedicated sizable portions of their lives to it, but somehow he’s demonstrably solved the issue by himself, doing so with unremarkable rhetoric and downright nonexistent argumentation. His narcissism makes TJ look humble by comparison.

Objective morality =\= divine morality (forgot the correct word for it) both have objective components, but TJ and fans seem to equivocate the two and think because they're atheist and god is objective morality there cannot be objective morality. Frustrating for anyone with an ethics 101 class. Virtue ethics ftw.
The difference is pretty obvious though. Gman was trying to poke holes in evolution without understanding the first thing about it. He was objecting to a scientific explanation by not wanting to use the word species. This guy was trying to criticize TJ's analogy about drops, by straw-manning him into an analogy about milliliters. TJ has no problem with using the word milliliters, he was just rectifying his statement.
