Actually its the same dude. Curtis Rx is both rufus Rex and creature feature. Unfortunately, creature feature might be a one man band now (Curtis Rx being the only member), he is fortunatly might still be producing music. He is still active on social media

I’m pretty sure I appreciate Rufus Rex more than Creature Feature. I’ve never identified with an album as much as I’ve identified with Dead Beat, more specifically Body and Revolt and Personal Demons. It’s gotten me through many days.
I feel the same way! Body in Revolt is my favorite song ever and has been for a while now. The rest of the songs are all so good too, it’s impossible to choose a favorite, but Personal Demons, Worlds In-Between, and Ingenious Forms Of Torture definitely stand out. I love how he uses more vocal range, wish we heard more of it in CF too. The guitar is sooo good, but that bass🖤 Gotta also love how all of the album is telling a story. I sooo badly wish we get more Rufus Rex one day but probably not at this point unfortunately. Dead Beat is just the absolute perfect album to me. Can you tell I like Rufus Rex yet? Anyways...Sorry to ramble on your comment, but I take any chances to rant about Rufus Rex a bit. 💀
@@seasidecyanide6043 I feel exactly the same. Rufus Rex has such brilliant songs. I also love Dead Air for the atmosphere it creates; to be alone on a planet of dust, decay and dead air. How lovely :)

This song hits a little different now that I'm old enough to have gotten a taste of the creeping dread that comes with realizing your body is getting older and there's nothing you can do to stop that. At least I have this wonderful little song to sing to ease that horror

In terms of short stories I really love his more underrated works (Hop Frog, The Premature Burial ect.) ontop of that I also dig The Telltale Heart and as you said, The Cask of Amontillado.

True, if someone sneezes in public everyone is like "CORONA!!!"
This is about something far worse then Corona it’s about when a disease and or a parasite
and or even a bacterial taking over the white blood cells
and using them to attack and destroy the body when it happens to people
there living skin can come peeling off and that’s not even the worse of what happens
it’s basically the one thing equal or worse then being burnt alive.
