    The kid was great. Why? Because he's super talented AND ... Andy set the tension perfect for his weight so he would have the advantage to really shine at his maximum potential. Very cool of Andy to do that. I think Andy also faked his second fall, so the kid was guaranteed to look like the underdog champ. Andy knows that if the kid does really great on national TV, it will inspire other kids to take up the sport. Andy Lewis is a super human athlete and an honorable man!! Just brilliant. Well done fellas. Slacklining is awesome.

    Just discovered Andy Lewis, and I'm just now learning that he was on Conan NINE YEARS AGO, after the SUPERBOWL. Lol. (And even more amazing this vid only has 133 comments...)

    Alex Mason (kid in the yellow shirt) is one of the best ranked slackliners in the world. He went to the World Championships in 2012 and got second. Kid is a balllllllerrrr

    i slackline myself and know how hard it is. But tight rope performers like the wallendas for example, were standing on top of each other on the line.

    I think people are just unsure what to think about it. It's so out there and different and people haven't learned how to react to it yet xD

    walking a extremely tightened wire is more like a thin stretch of concrete or something than a "slack" line, but i agree the circus performers have way more skill.

    this sh88 is like yo-yo tricks...it looks cool on a commercial....but you ain't never going to pay to watch a full-show of this...with 5 ppl doing the same tricks in different outfits....with none of the risk factor of a high-wire walker in a circus

      Lewis currently holds the world highline record. He walks lines much higher than circus people, without a net, and usually without a tether. Out in the open, with wind
