    Mam subah breakfast mai papya aur kabhi apple aur kise din boil egg kha rahi ho aur lunnch mai do rotti aur kabhi daal to kabhi sabji le rahi hoo kam oil mai bani huyi fer mid evening mai green aur sham 5vaje turmeric milk le rahi hu kya isse mera inches loss ho sakta hai pahle mera vajan 81tha aur yeh sab duet karke aur exercise karne ke baad mera vajan 7kg loss huya hai ab mera weight 74 kg hai but inches nahi loss ho paa rahe
