Sir I have done contouring in QGIS and saveed as kml file but levels diffrence is come about 60 m between google earth and kml file . kindly advise how to match levels accuratly.

If you have done contouring in QGIS, with required interval value put in, the contours are fine. Just look at the values of adjacent contours.
