My grandmother has old photos an other things dated back to his time area pretty cool everyone out there is related to someone one way or another talk to your grandparents about family history TRUST ME you won't regret it! It is OUR history as well we have to find out these things to pass to next generations . Much love 😍

YOU HAD TO ASK MINISTRY IN THOSE DAYS TO KILL YOUR OWN PIG.MY GRANDAD DIDNT CARE.HE KILLED ONE OF HIS OLD PIGS AND USED EVERYTHING.BUT SHARING WITH THE WHOLE VILLAGE.NO CARS IN VILLAGE BUT LOCAL SINGLE DECKER BUS ACCIDENTLY HIT A SHEEP.MY GRANDAD AND MATE WENT GOT IT WITHOUT NOTIFYING ANYONE.AND SHARED EVERYTHING WITH VILLAGE.HE HAD NOT EVEN A PENNY IN HIS POCKET.DIDNT DRINK BUT HIS ONE ROLL UP LASTED HIM AWEEK.
VILLAGES SMOTHERED CART WITH FLOWERS EVERY MINER FROM AROUND WALKED BEHIND NON STOP SINGING.THE BURIED HIM LIKE THE KING OF PEOPLE AS HE WAS.UK

Quote it for me and/or show me the source for this. I have been looking for him writing this anywhere and can't find it. Sounds like some BS forgery because he had a slightly darker tone than some other people, just like my fully European grandfather has.

Wow… I’ve never seen a color photo of him. Was he mixed? I’m not insinuating he is, but noticing some facial features that look familiar. The color really adds a lot more depth to the photo that all the other black & white photos don’t. My eyes keep focusing on the eyes, mouth, and chin area. The texture of his goatee is interesting as well. His nose seems to be wider than most folks of European decent, and his lips are really full as well. Those look like familiar characteristics I’ve seen in ppl of color? Feels like a familiar face.

Amazing how old and tired people looked back then. He was only 56 when he died.
The stress of the war aged him tremendously. Look at him in 1860 and then just 4 and a half years later.
That was some hard living. Trying to keep the country together and then binding it back hanging by a thread. It was literally killing this man. You can see it ALL over him.
Well he didn't die because of age ....and people today look no so great without 15 filters .
