I'm loving how Granny is getting reinterpreted in recent years. She's so versatile and stylish! Thank you for sharing your patterns with us!
They (granny squares) are as much fun now as they were when I first learned to crochet way back in 1972!
4 free patterns in one day?!? Thank you Toni! You have helped me so much with my crochet journey and it means so much to me! 💗💐
Holy Moley Hunny Bunny!! That sweater is GORGEOUS! The colors are perfect too!!
Finally someone that actually shows you how to crochet.
I am really enjoying making your lovely sweater. I am almost ready for the sleeves. I cannot locate the video portion that demonstrates the sleeves. Please tell me where to look. Thanks again for this great project.
I absolutely LOVE this tutorial, it is straight to the point , not too slow, and brilliant tips for securing the ends too. Your work is just gorgeous. Thank you so much for posting clever lady ! xx
Not only is this an adorable sweater, but I LOVE all the photos on your blog in this pattern! The model is gorgeous, the lighting is perfect, the setting is casual and beautiful. I've just added this to my list, although there is no way my 3X version on this old lady will look as good, but I'll give it a shot. Thank you for including all sizes.
Oh my. I am now working on three of your patterns simultaneously. Your first 5 panel Tunisian temperature blanket, your patchwork Tunisian baby blanket, and now this lovely granny square sweater. Love them all. Thank you for introducing me to Tunisian crochet and I love your book on it too. Now I'm learning granny squares and how to join them. You have really enriched my crochet experience. ❤
I shared this video with a friend who is just starting out with crochet and she loves sunflowers. I told her that this would be an easy project once she's comfortable with the basics. Thank you for sharing ❤️
Absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!! 💛💛💛
Absolutely amazing tutorial Tony. Thank you so much! I can't wait to make this. 🤗
As always, I love your colors! Really like Basic Stitch and Skein Tones too!

Absolutely beautiful ❤
C'est magnifique..
Travail superbe, bravo 👏👏
I have had a collection of green brown and gold yarn that's been taking up space for almost a year now in my closet and I've been wanting to make a sweater out of them but every attempt turned out blech. This is the PRETTIEST pattern I have found and I LOVE the end result design. I'ma give this a try with my yarn and see if I can learn some new stuff along the way. Thank you so much for this!!!
You are a great teacher!!😊
Beautiful!!!😍💐💐💐🤗🙋♀️
Absolutely love this, until I found the TL channel I feel like crochet seemed so much harder! You make everything so simple, and the projects I follow from your channel come out so much neater than others I have followed. Thank you so much!
Gorgeous sweater, awesome colors, and I love your teaching style with lots of hints and tips included! Pattern ordered. Yarn ordered in the exact same colors. My fingers are just itching to make this sweater. Thank you for this pattern and excellent tutorial! ❤ PS. Liked and Subscribed.
Absolutely lovely thank you
I love this pattern❤
This is so cute ❤
Love it beautiful
Love these granny square I’ll be making a skirt instead 🥰🥰👏👏
This is my first time seeing your vlog and I was curious as to how you would put the finished project together love how the v crochet turned out . Hooe to see more of your work.
So cute!!!
It's my first time that I am trying to do a sweater. I think with your instructions it will be easy,
Love it! ❤️
Yay so excited 😊
I have to try this magic loop, I never remember which thread to yarn over with the "traditional" magic loop, and your way is much more easy 👍🏻
And also I'll try to make the sweater with this pattern 😊😊
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have tried so many times to do a sweeter so many times. It never works. This time going along with you I think it will.
Love it
Thank you!
Thanks!
THANK YOU!!!!
Wow you are an amazing instructor ~ clear and to the point. Where can I get the written instructions for this sweater? Can’t wait to start?
Love this idea but what adjustments would I make if I used it out of cotton yarn , cotton yarn is easier on my skin . Thank you
I'm starting with this one 🙂
Me too!
What colors would ya'll recommend to make this a Christmas sweater? I would want it to be not so much bright red and green, but something maybe a bit more sophisticated (if that's the right word).
Is there a way to make a granny square dress and make the skirt part bigger than the bodice, like a full skirt or maxi dress type? If so plz let me know
Please MAKE a Granny Square cardigan SWEATER!! Very popular this winter!! Please
I got confused at the sleeves otherwise great tutorial. Thank you.
How is this free!? You are the best
How many yarn would be enough to crochet a medium size sweater
Hi Toni, I'm looking at the written pattern on your website but the the images seem to be broken. Where you say "use these instructions to create the front and back" it's then followed by 3 blank images. Any chance you could restore them? Thank you!!
Please ma'am,how do I achieve the triangular shaped granny?
That very one around the neck 🙏
I am so confused about the shoulders and the sleeves. I am stuck on that part of the pattern.
Did I miss some of the instructions in the tutorial? Are there no instructions for sleeves?
👌❤
Did I miss the sleeves??
Can I wet block instead of steam blocking?
Wet blocking isn’t quite as effective as steam for acrylic yarn, but it’s worth a try ☺️
@@TLYarnCrafts so it’s because of the yarn base and not because it’s a granny square. I’m a knitter so I thought maybe crochet was blocked differently. 🤣 I wasn’t able to get a kit so I got some wool/acrylic blend yarn.
What happened to the sleeves? This is so confusing for someone just learning.
Hi - this tutorial is meant to accompany the written pattern, as mentioned at the top of the video. Take a look at the written pattern for details on the granny stitch rows, which are what you need to make the sleeves.
@@TLYarnCrafts Yes, I purchased three of the four patterns from your website for the Learn to Crochet Academy. I’m having trouble understanding the pattern, so I went to the video. The pattern says to extend the size, add granny stitch rows. Do we add to the front and back? Patterns are still confusing to me. I was hoping to see how the sleeves were added.
I am totally confused about adding the shoulders.
the yarn has been discontinued..
This yarn is not discontinued
But if you don't reply on comments FORGET IT
why does everyone go so fast ima kms
