    딸기와 잘 어울리는 색감의 사랑스러운 느낌이 가득한 딸기 생크림 케이크를 만들었어요~
    체에 거른 딸기잼을 넣고 휘핑한 생크림으로 아이싱을 했는데 크림이 정말 맛있었어요!^^
    중간에 작게 자른 딸기를 듬뿍 넣고 위에 장식할 때도 사용했는데 작게 들어있어 시트와 크림과 함께 먹기 좋더라구요~
    묽게 휘핑한 생크림을 흘려 장식해봤는데 아이싱한 크림과 같은 생크림이라서 생크림 맛을 훨씬 더 풍성하게 느낄 수 있었어요~^^
    맛도 사랑스럽고 비주얼도 사랑스러운 정말 맛있는 케이크랍니다~

    ▶재료
    달걀 140g
    설탕 100g
    물엿 10g
    바닐라 익스트랙 2g
    박력분 90g
    녹인 무염버터 25g
    우유 40g
    휘핑한 딸기 생크림 (생크림 300g + 딸기잼 100g + 레드 식용색소 조금)
    60~70% 정도 휘핑한 장식용 생크림 (생크림 60g + 설탕 6g)
    ▶레시피
    1. 뜨거운 물이 담긴 냄비에 달걀, 설탕, 물엿이 담긴 볼을 올리고 저으며 온도를 40도까지 올린 뒤 냄비에서 내리고
    바닐라 익스트랙을 넣고 핸드믹서로 풍성한 아이보리색의 거품이날 때까지 휘핑한다.
    2. 박력분을 체 쳐 넣고 섞은 뒤 반죽을 녹인 버터와 우유에(50~60도) 조금 넣고 섞는다.
    3. 섞은 반죽을 본 반죽에 넣고 섞은 뒤 오븐 팬에 붓고 기포를 제거하고 180도 예열된 오븐에서 30분 정도 굽는다.
    식히고 윗면을 잘라내고 3장으로 자른 뒤 15cm 틀로 찍어 준비한다.
    4. 돌림판에 시트를 올리고 체에 걸러 씨를 제거한 딸기잼을 넣고 휘핑한 생크림을 바르고 딸기를 올리고 크림을 바른다. 1번 더 반복한다.
    5. 마지막 시트를 올리고 전체적으로 크림을 발라 아이싱 한다.
    6. 60~70% 정도 묽게 휘핑한 생크림을 흘린 뒤 딸기와 애플민트로 장식한다.
    ▶Ingredients
    140g Egg
    100g Sugar
    10g Corn syrup
    2g Vanilla extract
    90g Cake flour
    25g Melted unsalted butter
    40g Milk
    Whipped strawberry cream (300g whipping cream + 100g strawberry jam + Red food coloring a little)
    Decorative whipped cream_about 60~70% whipped (60g whipping cream + 6g sugar)

    Ok so i made this cake and it taste amazing. For the people who have the “my cake is not rising” problem I strongly suggest you add baking powder! The eggs with sugar and corn syrup should be thick whipped within 1-2 minutes. Those are problems im seeing and if there is anymore when making this recipe please let me know so I can help 😊

      Edit: It's possible that it happened because of the cake temperature I'm not sure if it's similar to melted chocolate that when you put it in a refrigerated cake it gets runny and it just freezes

    I want to thank you so so much! My sponge cake came out just like yours in terms of appearance and tasting it was like eating a cloud of yumminess! I infused mine with 2 teaspoons of lemon zest and paired it with a vanilla patisserie. I followed your instructions for the raspberry jam, instead i used strawberries and made a strawberry whipped cream to cover my cake. It was the lightest, one of the yummiest and prettiest layer cake I've ever made! 😃😊🍓 I just wish i could show you a picture of it. I don't know your name, but i thank you very much!
    ( QUESTION: If I want to double the recipe for the sponge cake to make a 24 cm cake , at what temperature and for how long should i bake it? )

    I made this recipe today. For the sponge cake, I add 25g strawberry jam and reduce a little sugar. For the cream, I substitute half of the whipping cream with creamcheese.
    And BOOM! It tastes AMAZINGGGGG, seriously everyone should give it a try. The cake is so moist and flavorful, while the cream is tangy, yet sweet and fresh.

      @@Hulalulatallulahoop2 Cakes are on the easier side when it comes to difficulty level in baking. The only thing I'd look into outside of the recipe is searching up tips to bake a good cake for a good texture.

    Sooo after watching this channel for so long I FINALLY MADE IT! Just something to point out,
    • I couldn't find strawberries (it's not the season yet) so I alternate between jam and cream.
    • I used granulated sugar and the sponge turns out super sweet, so I cut down the sugar to half.
    • I left the sponge cake for a while and tried them again 2 hours after baking, it tastes good but dry. So I watered down strawberry jam and boiled it, and spread it over the sponge. It tastes more fantastic :)
    Other than that, thanks for the recipe! It's really good!

      @@elif_dincx I don't exactly remember but I used small oven so the heat wasn't the best. I did 30 minutes and then another 10 minutes since the middle still not done

      I think they kept in mind not to push too much over board as it will drip more on its own. So maybe it’s about trying to predict how much it will drop down before you do it :)

      Keeping the cake super chilled before you add the topping will also help it to not over drip. When it’s whipped the temp rises cause of the air, so spreading it onto a chilled cake will temp shock it and slow it down so it’s a little more controlled.

    I made it and here are my notes for anyone looking:
    In general it turned out good!
    We doubled the recipe but maybe we didn’t mix the eggs long enough as the cake didn’t rise that much, I’d probably recommend using baking powder. The cake itself was pretty good, again since it didn’t rise it wasn’t as soft SO MAKE SURE YOU MIX ENOUGH! Other then that it was a pretty good, solid cake!

      Hello, there is no need for baking powder in sponge cakes.
      An easy way to make sponge cakes is to separate the egg whites and combine the flour, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Set aside. Then whisk the egg whites at high speed until they become stiff. You can make sure they're mixed enough when they stick to the bottom of the bowl as you flip it over. You can now pour the batter and stir gently as not to flatten the egg whites.
      You will get great results every time.

      @@endlesscarousel7391 haha! I like its taste more than buttercream, but it is such a pain to deal with in my opinion. For a basic cover and a couple of swirls i had to refrigerate the cake every ten minutes or so or it would start melting . I have found many "hacks" that claim they can fix that online but haven't tried any yet. But this video has the smoothest whipped cream frosting i ever saw.. so pretty

      Not at all lol. I stumbled on this acc quite a long time ago just when I started baking. I was trying to watch ASMR so I could fall asleep (I have insomnia) and these videos really helped. It’s so relaxing and doesn’t have blasting cardi b music in the background like a lot of asmr channels have lol. I still use it to fall asleep but I also love baking these. I made the mango cheesecake and this one and my family loved it. I’m going to make another recipe off the Chanel soon for my cousins to get a second opinion.

      To make a stable whipped cream frosting, add your cream and sugar then whip on high speed with a mixer until it forms stiff peaks. That's the important part, because if you over or under whip it the whipped cream will only last a couple of hours and then get watery. Look up stiff whipped cream peaks for a reference to make things easier. If that doesn't work, try buying a whipped cream stabilizer. You'll have to add more sugar if you use that, but it makes whipped cream perfect for cakes. If you use either of these techniques your whipped cream frosting will turn out great. Hope that helps

      If you don’t mind the artificial ingredients, adding a little instant pudding mix will stabilize it but too much of it or too much beating will make it more like a mousse consistency. And always check to make sure the granules are dissolved before you pull it. Its better for a slow whip so you don’t over mix. And you can use different flavors to make customized whipped creams. I like doing French vanilla, whipping it all the way and then whipping in some room temp cream cheese. Absolutely wonderful for filling cakes, very stable and really good with fruit.

    tried this recipe and followed every instruction perfectly but the cake came out burnt and lopsided. my oven settings were definitely correct so something must be going on LOL. i recommend modifying the recipe accordingly bc it worked for me:)
    1. make sure ur oven is on 150c and 6 mins!
    2. add 2 cups flour for better structure
    3. use milk instead of eggs

    Alright, hi to anyone who wants to attempt to make this cake. I made it and it was a success and an amazing hit with my fam and friends, literally the only cake we have ever had that got finished and people have had multiple slices in one sitting...so here are some of my tips to make it successfully cuz...well the recipe isn't quite right?
    Tips:
    • for my US folks, an 8 inch pan is what I got cuz a 6 inch pan was tiiinnny, if u can find a 7 inch? Might be nice too, but the cake is delicious so the bigger the better lol
    • double your measurements!!!! Everything, double it!
    • you don't have to get a fancy temp thingy, I just stuck my finger into the egg mix and if it was warm and the sugar was all melted and the mix was pretty liquidy I called it a day
    • Eggs are around 6 if ur eggs r medium sized or large, might be diff if u got smoll eggs
    • I added some crushed dried strawberries that I bough from Whole foods, around 60 grams I think was good to give a slight strawberry taste to the cake
    • Make sure your batter does the ribbon thingy they show in the vid, if it doesn't your will probably not be thick enough and it probably won't puff when baked
    • don't switch out for a different sugar? I tried to be healthy and use brown coconut sugar, in the end I think it caused my batter to not whip up nicely and left me with an extremely dense and flat as heck cake sheet
    • Also due to the doubled measurements, at a 335°F oven I had to bake it for around 40 minutes, test using a toothpick in the thickest part of the cake tho, it should come out clean pretty clean when done

    I made this today!!!!!!!!! It’s SO yummy! The cake is very light, fluffy, and the perfect amount of sweetness. The whipped cream decoration though, for me, wasn’t thick enough so it dripped too much for me😅 but this recipe is REALLY DELICIOUS🤗💗💗💗💗

    Este es absolutamente el mejor pastel de fresas. Le di cinco estrellas. También usé solo 2/3 taza de azúcar en lugar de 1 taza. A mi marido también le encanta. Utilizo harina para pasteles al hornear pasteles, le da una textura mucho más ligera y esponjosa. Creo que la próxima vez probaré piña fresca.

      오세빈 Hello 😊 May I ask what kind of whipping cream did you use? I tried sooooo many times using cream with 35.1% fat content, but it’ll be runny by the next hours 😭
      In desperate attempt, I tried using gelatin as a stabilizer (many times too), but the texture turned out pudding like.. I want it stays like a cream, not pudding.. Phew.. I almost give up..
      Most of the recipes using whipped cream (especially Korea and Japan) don’t say adding stabilizer.. But the cream stays very nicely and beautiful.. I’m dying to know how.. 😰

      Yeengo Cheng yes of course! I always make sure the cream and the bowl super cold before whipping.. Didn’t put in the sugar in the beginning (because it said sugar makes it harder to whip) Then work on whipping in cold room (I decrease the AirCon temp).. After that quickly put the finished cream into the fridge.. All that efforts.. Useless.. It always turns runny the couple hours 😢

      Yeengo Cheng What I haven’t try is using double cream (48% fat content), because it’s kinda hard to get in my country.. I mean.. I want to make sure first if using double cream will works.. Or maybe there are any other way.. So I won’t be in vain ordering overseas 😅

      hi! i just go to the dairy section of my grocery store and buy heavy cream.
      i beat the heavy cream with a whisk after adding some vanilla extract and powdered sugar (or regular sugar) until it forms stiff peaks and is whipped cream. it takes some time and effort but it is delicious.

    I made this and it’s pretty good. Very moist and not overly sweet. Good fresh fruit taste. I didn’t have a 7 inch round pan, so I used a 9” and baked it for 20 minutes. Only had two layers because of this. Although it wasn’t too sweet, especially for an American palate, I was expecting an Asian style cake, so I will be lowering the sugar by 20% next time.

    I've actually made it. It's my first time baking. It tasted delicious but it wasn't as pretty as yours.
    I wish you made more instructions for the whipped cream.
