    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup suji (semolina)
    1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)
    1 cup sugar
    2 cups water
    1/2 tsp cardamom powder
    Handful of nuts (optional, for garnishing)
    Instructions:
    1.Heat the ghee in a pan and add the suji.
    2.Roast the suji on low-medium heat until it turns golden brown and gives off a nutty aroma.
    3.In a separate pan, bring water to a boil and add sugar, stirring until dissolved.
    4.Slowly pour the sugar water into the roasted suji, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
    5.Cook until the mixture thickens and the ghee starts to separate.
    6.Add cardamom powder and mix well.
    7.Garnish with nuts and serve hot.
