Ei rasitu ranteet kun on vuosia penkannut ja tosiaan siteet auttavat. Tosin se mikä rasittuu on kämmenessä oleva hermovauria (tai joku sen tyyppinen), joka alkaa ikävästi painaa kämmenen lihaksia ja se vaiva pitää mut poissa isommista painoista.
I cant imagine that this back-bending stuff is good for people. They do it to touch their chest, these tend to be serious bodybuilders, yet we know that full movements are better than short, twerky ones. Dunno, maybe Im missing something, would love to be corrected, but too many of these vids have people bending out completely. To me thats not a full 20 reps.

You definately dont understand how to bench press. Come to Finland and we will check your form and you will get 20-40lbs more power to bench.
@@kkjjjggff2473 You're suppossed to arch your back to increase stability and reduce the risk of damaging your shoulder you total melt. It is RAW as he is not using any assitive equipment such as a suit, slingshot or wraps. You clearly don't lift.
It is not physically possible to bench press if your back is not on The bench. However, you might Be referring to The arching. Arching is a technique I use While I bench, which helps lifting and brings more optimal angel for your arms. Actually lifting with a bad technique usually looks like people are lying flat On The bench and long arms are going up and down. Usually that means they also cant life very much.
@ it’s cheating, because your chest is raised higher, so you don’t need to bring the bar down as far as somebody who’s back is flat on the bench. So you’re not doing the full range of motion. I understand you’re a power lifter, and i’m a bodybuilder, so we have different ideas about “proper form”. You only care about strength, but I care more about definition and hitting all the muscles fibres through full range of motion. Congratulations though, you’re very strong.

Actually The term ”cheating” is a valid technique which is used in bodybuilding for years, you should know chat. And if you are talking about cheating in competition, well, who do I cheat in this? I am that guy. The ass stays in the bench, Bar Touches the chest and ROM is enough to keep the pressure on pecs. And as I said, this is a gym lift and I am a bodybuilder. Do you understand what that means? Seems to me you dont understand.

120kg x 20 is already almost equivalent to 200kg x 1. 150kg wouldn't be a challenge.

Tossaha on kahen 20kg levyn välis joku paino ja kympit nii eikö oo yli 120kg
jorma siin on 2x20kg +10kg lätyt jos tarkkaan katot nii ei siin välissä oo mtn
Aika hauska optinen illuusio kyllä, kun nopeasti katsoo niin näyttää kolmelta levyltä. Mutta tosiaan 120kg yhteensä painoa (painot + tanko).

Back arch helps to put your shoulders in more natural position. His rom is also full. Reps are fast but controlled.
