Mashallah brother Rayyan a much needed video. I have been stuck with this whole dilemma since a while. I am a CA aspirant and my study routine requires substantial time and energy of my day. The regret of not being able to focus on my deen properly in this holy month is killing me inside.But no doubt Allah SWT knows our intentions. May he forgive us and accept our prayers. Thank you so much.
Yeah same here, I'm also a CA aspirant and this is also happened with me but here some tips that will inshallah help you. 1) For me, praying salah 5 times become difficult for me but I changed this in Ramadan. Now I study all the day and take a break when I listen Azaan happening in the mosque. Azaan become one type of alarm for me to take a break and do Salah. 2) waking up in fazar is helping me to do effective study. I wake up before fazar for praying tahajjud and then the gap between tahajjud and fazar, I prefer to read Qur'an and after fazar do some little exercise which helps you to feel energetic. 3) I prefer to sleep after the isha namaz because I have to wake up early. By following this routine, it's feel me very comfortable and like it's helps me also to follow the sunnat. I study 12 hour's a day without skiping the salah and I prefer that if u studying 12 hours a day so u should have to make 1 day for your hobbies and funs. So I only study 6 days a week and on Sunday I follow my different routine. Hope this will help you ukhti. May Allah make it easy to follow Deen and duniya ❤
When you work, spend money Halal, connect with ppl, showering, laughing with family is all a part of our deen and you should reflect on these things as an act of worship which you're getting rewarded for.

'the Qur'an does not stop us from enjoying life'. there is something called 'adab' etiquette. there is etiquette for somebody seeking Islamic knowledge, etiquette for people memorizing the Qur'an. if one meets all these etiquettes you would be pleasing Allah and at the same time hv good morals in public. some of these etiquettes i hv learned while memorizing some Surahs are minding your business ( a hadith) walking on the earth gently ( Surah Al Luqman , not being boastful, being gentle in everything you do ( a hadith) . it's actually a lot but it's funny to me when ppl think to be religious you hv to be miserable when it's d opposite. Being religious or seeking Islamic knowledge gives you this peace of mind only those who hv felt it can explain
I'm on struggle situation about balance, when I open Quran I found surah Al qasas verse 77 "But seek, through that which Allah has given you, the home of the Hereafter; and [yet], do not forget your share of the world. And do good as Allah has done good to you. And desire not corruption in the land. Indeed, Allah does not like corrupters.” In few minutes after read Quran when I open UA-cam, I got notification about this video😢 how beautiful Allah way to help His servant 😭

I want to add that by following quran and sunnah (especially the prophet's life) we can adopt some of his habits + Sahaba's habits into our lives and strive to be like them. We have to live dunya islamically by giving up on some of our desires (for example: music, wasting time on movies and shows, makeup and tabaruj for women...etc)
