I am looking to take my family to Myrtle Beach for the first time. Originally I was planning to go in August, however some in the family could not join us. We are now planning a December trip around the holidays, with dogs, adult kids and grandkids. Your video was so helpful and answered many of my questions. Thanks for the informative video. I thank you for your where to eat! My wife and I are coming the last weekend in August through the 7th.! We’re always looking for new places to eat! We haven’t gone to that boardwalk yet! We always go broadway.! Bearfoot! We’re taking our girls to the grand mall for the first time ! We’re eating for the first time grumpy monk! Just my one daughter and I love seafood!
My last visit to Myrtle Beach was during my Army days stationed at Fort Jackson, SC back in 1984. My next upcoming trip is this November 2023. From what I've seen online Myrtle Beach really has grown. I can't wait to visit.

Hey! You are more than welcome! Sorry about the game last night. I am from Ohio - but have always hated Ohio State (Hence why I don't live there anymore lol) January will be a great time to visit! Will be cooler at night but the days should be mild and warmer!
There are some surprisingly good Italian restaurants in the area. There are a lot of northern expatriates who retire to the Grand Strand and open a pizzeria or small restaurant.
I would stear clear of this go-kart park. On our last visit we went. Karts are way past needing replaced. The 1 worker on the slick track was busting his butt keeping things going, other tracks had multi workers who were more worried about their cell phones than working. As we were leaving the line to come in was about 20 people all buying wrist bands to ride. The park was closing early and i hope they told those people shortest wait for a gokart was about 30 min not worth the cost to maybe get on 2 rides
One thing i tell everyone going for the first time well its acually 3 things. Research, research, research. Always remember you get what you pay for. Everyone that has visited there can recommend things they liked but just. Because they like ot doenst mean you will like it.

If you have kids who love dinosaurs skip dinoland cafe it's disappointing and the food wasn't great either
