While Charlie Bucket was protecting a book of secrets to a magical world, and while Violet Beauregard became Queen of Terabithia and died, this is what Mike Teevee was doing.
That's pretty clever. The Spiderwick Chronicles, Bridge to Terabithia, and this film all have a cast member from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and were released in the 2007-2008 range.

Watching this, in a weird way I can kind of see myself in this kind of scenario, although not as technically impressive as what Lewis could do. As a kid I always loved the idea of cosplaying, I'd go to conventions with my family and I'd see all these amazing cosplays and fits people would make, and it inspired me to express myself. My family was always supportive of my endeavors and would help out if they could, but often times I preferred doing them solo. I'd spend nights and nights, weeks and months painstakingly working on these projects, and when things didn't go as I wanted I never backed down and kept moving forward, using anything I could around the house, even various boxes, until I was happy and satisfied with what I had. Learning through all these mistakes helped me learn and the gratification I had from friends and family who supported me gave me more motivation to keep moving forward with my passion, just like how Lewis would.

Lewis' mother only gave him up because she wasn't able to take care of him
Then why conceiving and giving birth to him 🙄
