    Crystal Mangum, the false accuser in this case, should have been put to jail for a very long time for what she did.
    Instead, the police and the justice system let her free, and she ended-up *murdering her boyfriend*. (This happened merely a few years after she attempted to murder a previous boyfriend, and again the justice system couldn't take the hint it was time to jail her for good.)

    I remembered a case in Australia when a man named Dan Jones was falsely accused by his lying ex-fiance of rape, he lost his job, his brand new home, spent 4 months in jail, stressed out parents divorced, and also the parents took out a second mortgage on their home to help their innocent son. After all of this, the lying accuser displayed no empathy period.

  • @godreau9
    @godreau9 12 років тому +22

    I have personally witnessed what false accusations of rape, and sexual assault can do to a person. Even after it is found that the accuser lied, and fabricated the story because the defendant simply broke up with her, that stigma still surrounds the accused, and more often then not in cases like this, there is no punishment to the person who lied about the whole thing!
    They still get treated like a victim, even though they are vile, malicious creatures

    Do you like Phil Collins? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where, uh, Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Christy, take off your robe. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. Sabrina, remove your dress. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Sabrina, why don't you, uh, dance a little. Take the lyrics to "Land of Confusion". In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. "In Too Deep" is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as, uh, anything I've heard in rock. Christy, get down on your knees so Sabrina can see your asshole. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like "In the Air Tonight" and, uh, "Against All Odds". Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it. But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is "Sussudio", a great, great song, a personal favorite

      It happened to me as you can see in the link I just added. Punishing one-time accusers is tricky in that many don't try hard at court. Should there be a jail sentence, they will all show up. The way an untrue claim is generally a process. These women are disturbed but they will get sane should they be looking at jail time. Mixed bag to prosecute. No mercy, but my concern is that innocents don't get screwed.

    What a tragedy. As an Australian normal young man myself born in 1998 from the younger generation, I researched a lot about the Duke lacrosse case. My heart goes out to Collin Finnerty plus his family, David Evans plus his family, Reade Seligmann plus his family, and Mike Pressler plus his family for the suffering they all went through, absolutely depressing. My heart goes out to Milton Walker who was a live-in partner to Crystal plus he survived an attempted murder from her and my heart goes out to the Walker family. My heart goes out to Reginald Daye who was the ex-boyfriend murdered by Crystal and my heart goes out to the Daye family. My heart goes out to the Mangum family and the Nifong family for the embarrassment they all went through, because of their toxic relatives named Crystal & Mike, absolutely humiliating. I hope the corrupted disgraceful former prosecutor Mike Nifong, the biased Duke University administration & faculty, the gender swindlers, the ignorant protesters, the lying journalists, the lying news reporters, the lying politicians, the race swindlers, and especially the false accuser herself Crystal Mangum all deserve to be punished, shame on all of them for the damage they all caused, absolutely pure evil. What about what happens in Australia. Drugging of an innocent person by the police. Hypnotizing him and trying to frame him up with crimes he didn't commit. Is that legal in Australia? Because it seem everybody went along with the police the aid in having the innocent man drugged with LSD, ketamine, sodium thiopental and many other mind altering drugs. Worse part is he was videoed when drugged and spread across the world to defame him. These mind altering drugs ended up affecting his health. He also ended up losing everything he worked for. Is this what is done in Australia? Is drugging people normal?

Why are we reporting these people in the media as if they are guilty of the crime before the trial and verdict can even occur? All someone has to do these days is accuse another of being a racist or sexual predator and people believe it instantly before having even a shred of evidence. And of course when someone falsely accuses another, there is little to no repercussion when it's been discovered the accuser was full of shit thus making it a juicy opportunity for opportunists.

      ... and paid a fine. She was not charged for filing false charges in the rape case. Later in 2010 she once again was arrested for attempted murder if her boyfriend, arson in the first degree, and several other charges. This time she was scentenced to only the 88 days she had alredy served before the trial. Later that same year she finally succeded at murdering her boyfriend and recieved a 14 year scentence.
      The only crime she was not outright given a slap on the wrist for was murder and she had already tried to commit it twice before by that point... even when she finally was truely punished for murder she still got off with a much lighter scentence than any man would have gotten for the same crime. Is it any wonder that she felt she could do just what ever she wanted to these men and get away with it?

    LOL. Lacrosse HAS to be the only sport where athletes have to hire strippers. College basketball players have groupies, girls THROW themselves at football players, chicks dig the long ball so baseball players aren't hard up for girls. But poor lacrosse...."let's go to the yellow pages and find us some strippers!" Sad. 😂😂😂

    • @jenesaisquoijones5423
      @jenesaisquoijones5423 7 років тому +1

      If you're literate, I said HAS to hire strippers. Football and basketball players still do, but they don't HAVE to.

    • @jenesaisquoijones5423

    • @jenesaisquoijones5423
      @jenesaisquoijones5423 7 років тому +1

      David Archer -- Who said that I believed a gang rape occurred? 🤔 What brand of shoes do you wear when you're JUMPING to conclusions? 😂 As far as your "No white man would", Hugh Grant, Jerry Springer, and Charlie Sheen were notorious for their love for black strippers and prostitutes so I guess they are they exception to the norm, right?? 🤔🤔💀💀

    • @jenesaisquoijones5423
      @jenesaisquoijones5423 7 років тому +1

      David Archer --Wayne Rooney, Danny Bonaduce, and disgraced Officer Daniel Holzclae also must be the exception to the rule. LOL. Wake up. It isn't black men paying for there black prostitutes, look at the arrest log for johns in predominately black neighborhoods and the majority of them are white males. Married professionals blue collar workers etc. So before you make a statement that "No white man would want these ghetto girls," do your research. ✌😂
