- META Madness is a Heroes of the Storm tournament that forces players to think outside of the box and consider Heroes they would not usually play on the competitive level. To accomplish that every Hero can only played ONCE within any series played during the Heroes of the Storm tournament. Additional there's a certain amount of pre-banned Heroes that are not allowed to be played at all during the entire Heroes of the Storm event!

The walls! Hooks were amazing but the walls were on different level! Amazing series!

Game 3, it took me a while to realize they went for the % damage dream: Greymane does more damage the more health you have left up to 35%, Malthael does more damage the less health you have left up to 33%, and Kharazim knocks out 49% of your health if he gets all his hits on you.
Pretty sad for ASH, they almost got the game on Dragon’s Shire!
But it is what it is: everyone showed great games!

@@Metallerden dude, I’m sorry, but Dragon’s Shire was the 4th game out of 5. So I still spoiled, but exactly that map’s outcome.

The utter lack of respect for thier opponent was obvious from the way they moved around the map. Playing super unsafe and giving up easy picks.

That fourth map seemed to take the sanity out of team Ash. Good games.
100% agreed on Brando Sando as an overhyped author, he became surrounded by too many yes-men and isn't well edited any more. As an alternative, I would recommend C.S. Friedman's Magister trilogy and This Alien Shore/This Virtual Night if you haven't read them yet!

Team Ash had the skills but lacked the brains!
They had Lunara or Zuljin available but they took Murki and Butcher...
They deserved to go to the Grand Final but this is what happens when you get too cocky.
Watching Murk and Butcher is much more entertaining, though, than the same boring composition with Lunara. This is what Meta Madness is all about, after all.
