Now, garage space is limited, and even more so that living space, so one would most likely have to move in and get on a waiting list for a garage. They look like fire traps. Are they built with solid concrete, between every floor & walls ? Do they have sprinkler systems in every unit? If not, stay away.
Great questions, no they are not solid concrete structures. From my experience, most appointment and commercial construction aren't concrete above the second floor. There is a reason for that which from memory benefits the builder/developer, I do not recall what is it exactly. Cost and bottom line likely have something to do with it, in part. And yes, every unit and the screened patio/balcony have fire sprinklers.

The closed rec is the Eisenhower Regional Pool & Recreation Center, which basically across the street (44A) on the corner at the round-a-bout at Buena Vista Blvd. Genesis Health Clubs is part of the shops at Brownwood Paddock Square, the closest golf coarse I believe is Sweetgum and the closest county club is Evans Prairie Golf and Country Club.

Lots of walking between your car and apartment. Older residents who want simpler responsibility won’t like walking and stairs.
You're probably right. The Villages didn't really have rental options before this, so this was a logical next step.

Yes, they allow 2 pets per unit, none of which can be over 75 lbs.
