Waning the locking mechanism breaks

Typically anything related to the locking mechanism has something to do with the cable release system. Look at the gear mechanism box and see if a cable is out of alignment. Easy to fix. Otherwise, make sure the tabletops were slid into the side panels properly. Often a mistake is made during install/assembly.

Yes - it is. It's thicker for a superior ball bounce.
