Thank you for your feedback! I completely understand how important it is to feature models with larger waists, especially in a video like this. While it can be challenging to find models with that body type, I'm always striving to improve representation. I hope the tips still help you feel confident and stylish! My pleasure ❤️
I subscribed BECAUSE you used larger models whose middle sections look more like mine. Thank you for that. I could adapt this to the Florida heat by using a shirt instead of a cardigan.
Thank you for using models that represent so many of us! I am 70, in good physical condition but have the midriff bulge and extra "love" at my waist. These tips for dressing for flattery have really helped me work on changing my style for the better.
Excellent! Thank you for the ideas. I too, have the no-waist, low-hanging belly and I'm 5'2". However, every one of these suggestions are helpful and realistic for my shape. For some of the ladies complaining about not using very large women. There comes a point where you aren't going to camouflage true obesity...do the work to become more healthy and dress according to your preferences and comfort. There are no miracle answers to make us look skinny. We work with what we're blessed with.
Thank you, Morah! So many of us struggle with the larger midriff, and rarely does it get addressed in videos. I'd love to see more video with models that have this issue, Upper and lower belly bulge seems to be the hardest figure type in fighting frumpiness!
Thank you Morah, I have an overhang tummy and it’s hard to find clothes to fit me that don’t look like tents. Your videos are great, keep up the good work. 💐💝
Thank you for the tips for hiding the bigger tummies. I appreciate all your helpful ways of dressing heavier tummies. Please continue your hard work in dressing the mature ladies.
The last two years I have lost so much weight without even trying to lose weight. I’ve just been eaten all healthy foods and they stay away from any processed food as much as possible. I went from a size 10/12 to a size 6 and even that sometimes is a little loose. I love my new figure. I’m very proud of the way I look at 73. If you hide my face, you would think that I had the body of a young girl. And I’m between a Missy and a petite. I could wear either one, depending on how long the pants or the dresses are. I just thought I’d share that.
Thank you for sharing your journey! It's inspiring to hear how you've embraced healthy eating and achieved such amazing results. You should be very proud of your body at 73-it sounds like you're radiating confidence! It's great that you can wear both Missy and petite sizes, allowing you to find the perfect fit for your style. Keep celebrating your achievements and looking fabulous!
Hi! I have a low hanging abdominal “apron” from loose abdominal skin after weight loss. Since it’s so low, it’s really difficult to camouflage. I wear undergarments to help & I do wear belts but I dislike the “protrusion”. Any hints for me? Thanks for a great video!
This is sooooo Eye Opening😳 Thank you for the answer on how to wear the perverbial belt correctly for having a belly. As I was so used to wearing when I had none before?🤔
Another look that works is wearing a V neck tee under V neck cardigan and leaving the bottom 2buttons open to create an inverted V . It created an elongating line.
What a great video. I'm slim but have an undefined waist. I've always avoided tucking in my tops but your video certainly gave me something to think about. I'm certainly tempted to try some of your ideas. Thank you. I will subscribe.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback and for subscribing! I'm glad to hear you're open to trying new styling options. I can't wait to see how it works out for you! 😊
Thank you for sharing . This was really good . I’ve only just this last week thinking about belt wearing…I haven’t for 20 years 😏 .I’m much bigger now but am gradually losing weight 😀 but thinking a belt would now help me look a bit more stylish . By the look of the models with and with out a belt the belts improve the outfits . Well done , you just keep giving us loads of ideas on your channels .. as for some of the comments 😏remember you can’t please everyone especially all at the same time 😉 . 🇬🇧💛🤍
I’m glad you found the video helpful! I completely relate to your experience; embracing your current shape can lead to discovering fresh and exciting styling options.😘I’ll make sure to share more ideas that can help you enhance your look even further.
Videos like this might be helpful, but no one tells us where to buy clothes that accommodate that large waist. My waist/tummy is out of proportion to my bust and hips, meaning I have a lot of difficulty finding tops or bottoms that work for my body. Help!
These models have a small waist line 😩but my waist line is my biggest problem and I put long shirts of blouses over my pants or skirt👖,then I feel more confident 😜😉
Great topic. Keep it coming. Two things though. With the monochromatic look, the skirt was too tight. The model almost looked pregnant. The second idea of putting on a belt over the layers just didn’t work. One thing I would really appreciate is how to achieve the slimming ideas in summer. It’s easy in the fall and winter with cardigan sweaters. In summer we can’t add a third piece if it’s hot. I’ve learned to wear dresses instead of coordinates. I also used to pair a tunic top with leggings. But leggings and slim pants are not now in style. Any ideas?
Thank you for your suggestion! Vests can definitely be a great styling option. I’ll make sure to include them in a future video and show how they can be worn to complement outfits. Stay tuned!
Some of these women looked like huge bellied keep it dark over the belly white was the problem or light colors but I use the cardi elongation trick it’s magic and in summer a sleeveless waistcoat in a soft dark fabric over maxis
Beware putting a belt around your waist line is like wearing a tape measure!! And it can look very forced and constrictive for modern ideas about clothes
I understand how important it is to see representation, especially when discussing specific body types. It can be challenging to find models that fit every shape perfectly, but I try. Also, thin women can have large waists too, which is why I aim to make the advice as universal as possible.
Love the tips, need Models that have larger waist

Great ideas, I am slim except for my tummy. Not a fan though of the belt over sweaters.

Great timing! Thank you from someone who has no waistline and never, ever thought would think about wearing a belt again.
Thank for giving ideas for people with larger hips and waist and using the models for that as well.
I always use a pashmina around the neck and let it hang straight down to hip level. This gives a column look and hides the tummy every time.
Please do a video for full waisted women who live in warmer climates. Cardigans aren’t always appropriate in Florida or in the summer for most places.
Thank you Morah, I have an overhang tummy and it’s hard to find clothes to fit me that don’t look like tents. Your videos are great, keep up the good work. 💐💝
Lose that tummy
Bless you! I've been looking for ideas like this :D

I think vests might be helpful, can you show those?
Thank you for your suggestion! Vests can definitely be a great styling option. I’ll make sure to include them in a future video and show how they can be worn to complement outfits. Stay tuned!
None of these women have a problem area.

👍👍❤️

That slim white skirt is not a good look no matter what!
Beware putting a belt around your waist line is like wearing a tape measure!!

How about women with waist larger than hips!
I have a large but and bottom with a defined waist im just big and only 5ft 2ins.
All this talk about round waist women.lots shown in your open but none of these women are picked to show the belts and clothes.
Ridiculous to use thin models.
I understand how important it is to see representation, especially when discussing specific body types. It can be challenging to find models that fit every shape perfectly, but I try. Also, thin women can have large waists too, which is why I aim to make the advice as universal as possible.
Nice ideas however none of these models is "over weight" or even has a "big belly
Spit out coffee at first photo!
👍
To much talk, just show different options
These models have no big bellies. Go to any big box store and recruit real women.
👍
Why are you showing skinny women?!
