What the ST version did you use?
Currently, I use ST 5.4.0 patch 24 but not see the Azure blob on the list of UI after unzip to plugins.

Hi, we tried to install the plugin on ST 5.4 patch 24 and it worked as expected. Did you restart the services after the unzip? Did you unzip it in the correct folder?
In case your problem persists, I suggest opening a support ticket.
