She really isn't that difficult. Once you get her waterfowl move down you won. Also you can use freezing pots to cancel her move but blood hound step in much cheaper and doesn't require much practice.
Im level 194 got over 2500 in healt with great rune power and buff i put the veteran armor on me with dual river of blood one +10 and the other +9 and she still get me on is second phase i play on ng+3 do you have any advice for pass trough is second phase i need to defeat this girl 😅🤣

That's how you dodge that move. You also dodge 90% of all other attacks by dodging inwards. He was just getting the timing wrong.

When she does her special move stop being locked on while using shadestep to move away from her instead of around her🖖
