FYI, OCE stands for Oceania. It’s the whole region that includes Australia. People from New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, and other such countries play in it. The language those people were speaking is Vietnamese. OCE is the server I used to play in (back when it was new, before that we played in NA with 150+ ping and terrible internet).

Pro tip: pull the grubs out a bit so you can stand between all 3 grubs without moving and can toggle on and off poison. Also ult gives grevious wounds. Singed melts grubs.
That last fight in base; watching his AP jump up to almost 700 just from walking past the team was great

Which does actually make sense when you think about it, despite its distance from the Australian continent and proximity to the North American continent.
Last time Zwag got very excited with Catalyst of Aeons on Master Yi, but he didn't seem to have tried it with Singed. It does seem to work for Singed just for different purpose.

#1 singed rule is don’t chase… this team sends 3 to chase him down in his own jungle
You should try full movement speed singed. Phase rush with nimbus and celerity with ghost and then magical footware swifties approach velocity. Movement shard to top it off then you go cosmic shard mainly but can go any of the movement speed mage items extra if you feel like it then some burns
I'm kind of curious if Shadowflame or Deathcap is more effective since Singed does DoT.

There is a really cool build that the top 1 volibear in Brazil made, you have to get PTA and the rune "jack of all trades", then you go nashor, Flickerblades and riftmaker. I've tried it on toplane and it's broken. But it really does not work for team fights, so in the jungle is not that good.
