I just want to say this was the episode where it was the last time I ever saw the show captain Gundam SD And that was when it was in Cartoon Network and the good old times and I still never forgot that show how much I really liked it
It was a good show, I wish Cartoon Network didn't stop after just season 1, but at least the last episode they aired was this epic final battle between Captain and Sazabi.
When this show left the air in April 2004, we lost something truly precious. Cartoon Network turned sour at exactly the same time. It was the moment my childhood ended, it was so sad.
I like how the fight between Captain and Sazabi was actually even, compared to any of the other villains (like Tallgeese). The two both were losing bits and pieces of armor, they were equal in strength, and while Sazabi ultimately lost, it was after a very good fight, where it could've gone either way! Though I wish Sazabi would've won. :P He's better than season 2's head honcho, imo. :P I know the villain "shouldn't" win, but I don't care.
Agreed, the battle had a great back and forth, with both using every weapon in their arsenal, progressing through them, from blasters, to swords, and then just their bare hands, a great way to show escalation. Not to mention the banter and lines between the two are pretty great too. Also, love you're Tactical Droid pfp. Very nice.
True enough. Yet at the same time, it made more sense how the series ended. You had the GP-01FB battling the GP-04/Gerbera Tetra, which is actually canon to the U.C timeline given how it was Cima Garahau that got absolutely slaughtered by the GP-03 Dendrobium which was piloted by Uraki.
16:26 "yo i didn't know he had his own translator!" "he doesn't. but they promised me a line of dialogue and that was it" "more than i get sometimes 🙄"

Join the club.
I won't forgive CN for removing this show from air. :(

Cartoon Network was a golden age and still is, long live Cartoon Network

That emotion upgrade really coming in handy to make captain have grit in his phrasing.

(Commander Sazabi) All right! No more, Mr. Nice Villain! 6:40
19:15 This threat lead by Lord Commander was only an advance team
So the dark axis is basically a hive mind that worship one figure?
Blushing ☺️? 6:34, 6:35, 6:36
2 swords ⚔️! 8:45, 21:04
A true Gundam. 20:56
19:04 Destroyer and Grappler must have run a few minutes as soon as after they were brought outside
Especially considering that Zapper seemed to be the only one who was truly interrogated by the SDG.
