I was in a car accident years ago and was unable to move. I lived in a remote area in the Australian desert. There was no support or service for recovery. I went from sheer muscle before the accident to morbidly obese with a lack of movement and overeating. Then THIS piece of music came into my life-a video with some guy dancing in front of a large window. And something about it caught my attention and inspired me. I started to force myself to move, and I’d listen to this. I started to walk; I’d walk as far as my neighbours house, then home, and die in agony. Then I’d walk a little further and further. It took years, but I was out on 27-kilometre hikes through the bush with this and other electro-swing tracks playing in my ear. I got my body down to lean muscle, and it took a decade before the chronic pain became a shadow I could mediate through and ignore. I always intended to learn that guys dance moves from that video that inspired me. I haven’t listened to this piece of music since before COVID, at least. But damn, I'm super happy you uploaded it. It’s incredibly joyful and reminds me of how far I’ve come. X Edit: typos

Another one of his videos (the dance to “catgroove” was my first introduction to electo swing ages ago!)
