You guys are comparing City with Grove? Seriously. One is at outskirt of Sarjapur where you will get 3 BHK large 3B 3T with the price of 3B 2T that grove is offering.
Hi, Actually we have booked one flat in the city and definitely the prices in the Grove are sky high which we have talked about but yeah whoever are interested have bought it coz 98% of 3bhks are booked. Since we have bought a prestige property recently and checking out the other its a human nature to compare what we are getting there and here based on the configurations , obviously prices are another aspect agreed.

In a span of 5 years you will see Forum mall, Manipal Hospital and Metro which make the flat price 2x than currently. The area has already so many good Builders (Marq, Godrej & Sumadhura ) also Brigade has bought the other side of Grove entrace gatw opposite. So in coming years you will also listen Brigade is coming there.
Don’t waste your time all sold out. Even before the launch we had submitted our application for 3 bhk through a channel partner agent. Till date we are waiting. In case if any cancellations the will inform. So waste of time.
