가사랑 어울리는 노래의 분위기랑, 여러 시간이 쌓여서 만들어진 서사가 가장 큰 장점인 원위가 단기간 미션과는 맞지 않는건 사실이라 마음이 아팠고, 다들 원위가 이정도라고 생각할까 봐 아쉬움이 남는다는 멤버들 마음도 이해가 너무 잘 되지만 이번 기회로 새로운 경험도 했으니까 그걸로 너무 좋았다고 생각하자! 너무 잘했어😊
Onewe have great quality music and personalities, just by watching their content they radiate positive vibes. I don't know how the future will look for them but if they find a home that appreciates them I can see them being extremely successful. I'm really really rooting for them good people deserve the best.

It's unclear what they will be able to do under RBW during enlistments and Onewe's 7 year artist contract with RBW ends April 2024 after Yonghoon and Kanghyun return from the military. We don't know their future plans beyond that (only that they plan to stay together and make music as an active band for many years/decades to come) but they should be free to leave RBW then; hence (i presume, op please cmiiw) the statement about finding a home that appreciates them.

@@lungulavinia RBW provided them small studios because they self-produce their music (Kanghyun's and Harin's shared room also doubling as their tiny makeshift practice room that Yonghoon can barely stand straight in) but most of the equipment in those studios the members brought with them to the company in 2017 or paid for themselves since (or borrowed money from their parents when they couldn't afford it/gifted from parents or fans), maintained at the members own expense, and also used for other RBW artists' work which they don't always get credits/undercredited for. Onewe have raised the issue on radio that the company won't invest in better equipment for them even though a lot of their equipment is old and not working well enough anymore and that money is an issue (the host Pentagon's Shinwon, a Cube idol and Yonghoon's old trainee friend, was shocked and got them to send a message live on radio pleading to the CEO to invest in them). The CEO it seems still did nothing to help, even though RBW are rich enough to buy 2 new 11-story buildings and buyout 2 other companies (WM and DSP). Jukjae (one of the GSI judges) was also surprised when Onewe brought the same guitars both times they guested on his radio, he expected them to have new/multiple ones to bring, Onewe explained they couldn't afford more. Yonghoon and Kanghyun are trying to save their military wages for new instruments now. _Just to add, while for indie bands it may seem normal to pay for their own equipment, Onewe aren't independent under RBW and we don't know how much they actually get from their earnings because idols are often underpaid or have company debts (thankfully they are self-producing so at least some royalties are guaranteed to go straight to them but considering how often they've mentioned being concerned about things as basic as the cost of a guitar string breaking...)_ Now while I do agree that they may lose some resources if they leave, depending on where they go, compared to how much resources/promotion (ads, content, schedules etc.) RBW can afford and uses for some other artists, Onewe gets barely anything. Ntm RBW's CEO didn't even acknowledge Onewe's existence in his investor presentation (nor Vromance but they've completely abandoned that group :/) There is definitely potential for them to find a label that 1) sees their value and potential and invests in giving them better opportunities and 2) knows how to and implements promotion for a band more effective than whatever RBW is doing (or isn't doing). Btw, even under a contract that likely prohibits them from outright blaming the company (which they still kinda do sometimes by saying certain things unfortunately aren't up to them), the number of times Onewe have expressed dissatisfaction about lack of performance opportunities/schedules; being desperate to perform for long periods (even when other bands were performing again); their releases not getting proper promotion from RBW or having to fight for them, even had to request a radio schedule themselves because they said the company planned no promotions for their release (to the point where Yonghoon felt he had to apologise to fans, saying they really did try and promising they put their everything into making the song, even if they couldn't promote it much); is concerning to say the least. TLDR a cramped studio to work in won't mean much if it turns out they don't feel supported by the company properly in other essential areas

I have a mixed feelings on will I keep watching Great Seoul Invasion when ONEWE is Eliminated. They are the Only reason Why I have watch it. I knew from the start that they will be treated like that. They all have worked hard. Though, It's too late. I am just so sad that I need to wait for two years to watch them again . But I am still thankful for Mnet giving Onewe a chance ~~ #항상화이팅
I think the reason they were selected was because they have a very large fanbase to create an exposure for other bands/show. If u are used to watching Mnet survival shows, they always do that. Touched is most probably going to win. Mnet is really easy to read once u figure out their tells.

Не уверенна, но думаю судьи сами действовали по написанному мнетом сценарию. А иначе как объяснить, что сначала все так искренне хлопают и поддерживают, а потом поливают грязью…. Ну не шизофрения же у всех:))) А ещё, сегодня был момент, когда один из лидеров команд сказал, что этот раунд импровизации не для Ванви….. самое смешное, что это был тот самый человек, который пол года назад импровизировал с ребятами на радио (Naver now) в прямом эфире🙈 ( и то был один из самых ламповых эфиров, что я смотрела за последнее время) У Мнет шоу ради самого шоу, рейтингов, а не ради музыки, так что будем лучше пересматривать классные выступления и ждать мальчишек из армии:))

I don't understand, why onewe couldn't to the next round, even thought they completed the mission, and perfect, but the band who didn't the mission was chosen, so disappointing.

@@Furrina89 Round 3 was recorded July 5th, in Yonghoon's last week before he had to enlist (July 12th). It's obvious he did not want to be there wasting his precious last moments before enlisting with this round/mission. Knowing how mnet works, with this being the very last round mnet could use them before Yonghoon enlisted, I'm pretty sure Onewe knew that no matter what they did with this performance they were already out before the round started. They were pissed off with mnet's bs and done with the show, so they just made a diss track at mnet to vent their frustrations and make the bands/judges smile before going home.

To me they looked nervous, but I believe it was more from the shock and not wanting to do bad in front of their peers, than from a desire to advance in the competition. The band wasn't in the right headspace for this kind of mission, especially Yonghoon and they didn't exactly made an effort to make a new song, ending up with more of a rant piece.

원위 데모곡이나 따로 가지고있던 그런곡에 껴맞출수가 없지 앨범 내야하니까 그리고 워낙유명해서
앨범에 있는거 쓰기도 그렇고 불리한 미션이였지 저기서 35분동안 진짜 만든곡은 이곡 밖에 없음 이프로에서 원위-별 처럼 초초고음 안보여준게 아쉽다
