My Learnings:
Trendlines:-
* Multiple trend lines when the market is moving faster and steeper
* 3 things we need to know - What is a good trendline? -
1. period of the trend line
2. number of touchpoints
3. angles of trendline
* When Steep trendlines break, markets may go into consolidation rather than reversal, sometimes they break also.
* Steep trendline (60, 70, 80 degrees) to book profits rather than going reverse
* The more the touchpoints on trendline the better it is, the stronger is the trendline
* When trendline breaks it may act as resistance/support - 5-star trade
* Re-adjust: There cannot be data below the trendline
* Don't consider freak trades
* Steep trendlines is to take profits, shallow trendlines is for trend reversals
