What is SwiftUI Identifiable object? A tutorial

This tutorial talks about conforming your custom objects as `Identifiable`, which allows you to use it in `List` and `ForEach` easily.
You can also conform the system types like `String` to `Identifiable` protocol so that you can display a list of strings without the need to define an id manually.
