Flipping Your Door Glass to the Right Position for Installation

We get phone calls from customers from time to time stating their flat door glass is cut wrong. It is extremely rare that flat glass is cut wrong and we do our best to explain the glass is correct and that it is an orientation issue. But we are often told , in no uncertain terms, that we are wrong. It is very difficult to explain that a glass that appears can only be installed 1-way actually has 2 orientations that will allow it to be installed (or nearly installed). What better way to explain what we are trying to tell a customer over the phone than a video showing the magic trick to get their glass in the right position.
