The energy of the first album, albeit somewhat naive, gave way to the sarcastic reflection of the second. This set played out (in my opinion) like the closing of a long chapter that started with that second record, and now ushers in their next iteration. Thanks for the memories ACB, you provided us with many moments.
A few years before they were signed to Tooth & Nail…..man those were some wild shows…..COMPLETELY different style than anything of their albums released by labels. I have two or three EP’s they did In this time. I will NEVER forget these shows at Cypress Hall in Metairie, La. Cody is the ONLY original member from this time. The band was literally hanging off the rafters at these shows. 100% packed tiny venues…
