The loudest thing I’ve ever heard in minecraft was a create mod glitch where when I was using the drills, the sound would sometimes exponentially increase for a few seconds. One time it happened for like 5 seconds and I had to take my headphones off, I could hear it as if a loud speaker was playing it

The loud static sound is coming from an overload of the sound codec trying to play too many sounds at once.
you can set a repeat command block with the command: kill@e[type=villager] and they will all die but everything else will not be affected
