- go to setting
-scroll down until you see "simple properties"
-now turn off sinple properties
-after that go to effect "and select image"
-now you will see option "light emission" and "light influences"

Honestly, as a mobile player, I just use .25 or .1, sometimes .5 or higher if I really need precision. Only .01 to scale objects thin so they don’t cost much money.
