Great review. I appreaciate that there are no collisions on the hedge's. That makes the map a lot more attractive as far as the game play goes. If I understand the 'bale' hedge collisions, it means that round bales will not roll through the hedges. If that is true, AWESOME!!!! There is nothing worse than being told there are 25 bales but you can only "find" 23. I really need to down scale some of my machinery that I use on Calmsden; but tiny fields do not do much for me. This map might be a great compromise. So when are you starting your Let's Play....... 😄

That is how I understand the bale collisions but this would be the first map I can think of that had this feature. Which is amazing! The UK maps are always so pretty, but always just absolutely suck. There's usually no customization in the farm yards and there's no many pointless 0.5-2ac fields everywhere. Like, what am I even suppose to do with 1.5ac and hedges I cant remove to connect them?
Hello Violey, I don’t think I ever thought about this before, but you make a fantastic point. Because of how tight the yards are and how tight the fields are it makes customization almost impossible. The one mapmaker I can think of that’s really good about leaving customization on their UK maps is CavalierRoy. His map Maypole Farm is a great map because it has those tight farms and fields with hedges, but everything is removable and customizable. Hope you have a fantastic day and take care!
@@bddgaming9838 I mostly just want to be able to remove sheds without going into the editor and the remove tool mod doesn't always work. I did just start a game on Maypole, actually, its alright, but i'd love to be able to play on a super pretty and detailed map like Court Farm or Fairhead while being able to remove hedges and sheds. I'm looking forward to how Aghalee turns out for FS22. For some reason too, Ballyspring just freezes at 20% and the logs dont show anything, so I guess im stuffed for nice playable UK maps.
I hear you there. Those maps are beautiful maps. That is odd about BallySprings. If you load it without mods, does the map load or does it freeze no matter what? Never give up on finding that beautiful playable UK style map. You will find it! Maybe a Purbeck 22? Either way, good luck in your hunt for a beautiful, customizable map!
@@bddgaming9838 It works fine without mods, but I have about 2400 mods, so it's impossible to find which one xD. Moss Valley actually just got an update and you can remove all the yard buildings and hedges so I can't complain anymore haha.

For what it's worth the map looks gorgeous, the downside is I not a fan tight roads with hedges.
