Interesting. Garou had slapped away God in the manga and just barely touched it. Here, Garou took and shook his whole hand, meaning he's bound to be multiple times more powerful than he was in the manga.

cosmic garou in the manga gained only 2% of the power that god was going to give him because garou slapped his hand, so when god tricks garou into giving him his whole hand, he’ll be probably WAaaaaAAAAYYY stronger than cosmic garou in the manga.
This definitely has to be some parallel or alternate timeline to the original series by One. Awesome stuff.
I feel like the backstory to the Serious Clap was to be able to kill mosquito's the next time they show up.

Being honest I am not surprised that blast has one in fact I would not be surprised that in the manga and web comic also has a transformation since as it was said he has been able to face and defeat beings that were greatly enhanced with the power god as garou so I feel that it is something obvious that he hid several of his abilities and power in his battle against cosmic garou

Truthfully I don't blame garou for wanting to Monsterfy ,I amagine he really had no place in a society of man ,bunch of lying,scheming ,entitled bastards that pretend to be good when they dont even know the meaning of good .
