Same here but something I found out that my Anti Venom does it that he places stagger debuff on heavy attacks. It wasn’t mentioned in the video.

does decelerate work on ultron? i tried using slow debuffs but he still seems to evade with them on him
Ultron is immune to ability accuracy modifications so decelerate doesn't work on him
