Why 48 hours. I won’t be using this at all. 1 hour is a perfect amount for falling asleep. Or 8 hour max for those who want to sleep all night to it as a back ground noise.
@@julesmo323 totally understand and fully support that. I had some people complain of ads (that I never put) my UA-cam partner manager told me to just make the videos longer than anyone would probably use as a safety against it happening to anyone - that was my main motivation.....although I rarely hear of anyone saying there was an ad
@@julesmo323you know right i use 10 hour rain videos bc If I use rain for 1 hour i will just wake up like 2 hours later att night and not be able to sleep again or wake up bc youtube auto put up a video also it takes 1.5-2hrs to me to fall asleep
Oh how nice for some reason I haven’t been sleeping well do to Nerve Pain Back Surgeries and a broken knee Al the way too the ankle. I’ve dealt with so much pain since 91. Thank God I found this rain I’ve been trying anything last night was my first night and I fell asleep with out even taking my meds, that’s unheard of with my condition. To all those who maybe new to this it works better than a sleeping pill and Valium. This puts you out so gentle and natural makes me wish my ear phones lasted longer than 8 hours. I spent years lost because of no sleep so to all of you who struggle welcome set it so it’s comfortable but allows you too sleep through noise, that’s if you’ve the day off or are not working. So to all my fellow insomniacs have a wonderful night and a better tomorrow it’s up to us and nobody else be the Master of your Emotions that way nothing anyone can say to you to get you off your game sweet dreams all

I agree. I understand people having work involving screens etc, but its good to spend time in nature, with friend in real life, or just being with ourselves being bored for a while - bored isn't a negative really, it's time to relax, reflect, process. As you mentioned be intentional. Appreciate you saying this Craig
hey there, my day is great, quite peaceful, just replying to everyone for the next 1-2 hours I would guess, which I enjoy. After that I will take a break as I need to relax for a while - thats my ethos to live like the relaxed guy :) Hope you are ok too and life it good for you
