Yeah bichons hate water mostly. My bichon never swam a day in his life, hated being wet so was a terror during bath time, and flat out refused to walk in the rain. Some like to swim but the vast majority are not fans of water or swimming. Bow is trying to get out of the water, not stay in. Not his thing.
