My daughter uses the following for school makeup; would suggest you to use the same: 1. Birla white wall putty (available online for only 600 Rs or lesser per kilogram, great deal IMO) 2. Asian paints tractor emulsion (pure white, saaayippu okke verum shishu their white is nothing; 230 Rs per Litre) And finally: Asian Apcolite Premium Gloss Enamel Paint (only 110 rs for 1 litre black in color) Hope it helps
