I just went to visit my grandma, and then I listened to this. My grandma has alzheimers, and I'm worried that she isn't going to be here much longer. She asked me about school, and after I told her I had all A's, she asked about school again. I can't even imagine my life without her, and I know it's going to be super hard when she passes. This song reminds me to cherish the moments we have left, as we only have a year or two.

This is and always will be my favorite song in the entire world. In 2021, i lost my grandma and grandpa and it was really hard for me since i was really close eith my grandma... soon after, i discovered this song. It always reminds me of my grandma. Ive grown to love this song so much, i spent hours learning it on piano, and i also rewrote the chorus in 2 other perspective. I wrote one from the 2nd persons perspective, and one from the 1st persons response to the 2nd persons. I then recorded me playing all 3. I cried. I cry 70% of times i hear this song. I love this song with all of my heart. I wrote and sang 3 covers w me playing piano.
